Maison de deux chambres très propre, confortable et extrêmement bien située. Super vue sur l'océan de la salle à manger.
Quatre minutes à pied des falaises de l'océan. Asseyez-vous sur un banc, regardez le coucher du soleil, profitez des baleines qui se détachent et des oiseaux et des dauphins qui jouent. Encore cinq minutes et vos orteils peuvent être dans le sable à Seacliff State Beach, juste à côté du célèbre navire en ciment.
Quartier merveilleux, tranquille et sécuritaire. Tous les avantages d'un excellent emplacement Seacliff sans le trafic. C'est une maison de deux chambres située au deuxième étage d'un duplex super mignon.
Les fenêtres et les puits de lumière créent un espace lumineux et joyeux et la vue sur les chênes crée un sentiment de cabane dans les arbres.
L'espace est propre, propre, avec un mobilier confortable, des lits confortables et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour.
Seacliff offre beaucoup pour votre escapade à la plage. Les glaces de Marianne, ses excellents restaurants, ses cafés et son épicerie se trouvent tous à 10 minutes à pied.

It was a clean and comfortable stay for our friend group of 7. Plenty of beds for us. There could be more seating especially around the TV areas because it was hard for all of us to hang out in the same spot. The backyard was super cute and the location was nice and close to seacliff. Host was very responsive to messages and very nice.

We had a wonderful and relaxing girls weekend at this property. Beautiful home: clean, pretty, spacious... the backyard is gorgeous! Walking distance to the beach and food. Would totally stay here again.

Ahhh..great visit with family. What a home and location. The house and furnishings were more than expected. Communication with the property owners were right on. Huge gathering table in the kitchen area made it easy.

Lovely place, great location

Loved the house, and the location. It could use more seating in the front room and by the TV - we were trying to watch TV and play games as a family (6 of us), but that meant some people had to sit on the floor. Other than that, we loved the place.

Santa Cruz / Winchester Mystery House

Property was spotless with plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 perfect grandchildren. Location was in a quiet safe neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. House was stocked with everything needed for cooking and BBQ. Only issue was no washer/dryer and hot tub was not available for use. Great place, highly recommend.

Aptos trip

We enjoyed our stay. It was overall a great stay. Easy walk to the beach. Awesome kitchen for family gathering. Location was good for us since our family lives in Aptos. All the bathrooms were nice. The downstairs shower head was only a hand held wand. It worked well. We went out to eat a lot, and, never had a chance to use the grill outside. Easy to use lock on front door. Lots of parking for our cars.

Listing could use an update

Listing should state TV downstairs has no cable or internet connection to stream. Constant construction noise during the day from several neighbors. The weeds in back yard not tended to this year. No beach access without a 13 minute brisk walk. 8 wine glasses missing. Kitchen hot water on demand loose. It was clean. Property manager extremely responsive.

Dear Kelly, I know you were unhappy that I wasn't able to accommodate your last minute request to change your reservation. We do have internet streaming on both TVs, we also had over a dozen wine glasses in the kitchen during your stay, and the hot water tap being loose feels a little more like a nice note you might have sent to bring it to my attention as we always appreciate feedback from our guests when it is kind-spirited. The ocean cliffs with spectacular views are a 4 minute walk from the house, but you are right, it's a little over a 10 minute walk to have your toes in the sand. Again, I'm sorry you couldn't cancel your reservation at the last minute and this seemingly left an unhappy taste in your mouth, hopefully you still enjoyed your time in beautiful Seacliff. Thanks for noting that the home is very clean, we have a wonderful housekeeping team!

Solid choice- listing oversold the place a bit

Family vacation with my family (two very young kids) and my sister’s family (two school aged kids) to the Santa Cruz area. Clean, good location, easy access to everything in Aptos. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Photos make place look more spacious/luxurious then we felt it ended up being. Kitchen cook ware could be better-limited options& quality. Did not feel like the dining table (center kitchen island) was great for smaller kids but we managed. Probably a better place for adults only. Be aware: no laundry/drying technically included in the rental! Host unlocked laundry room during our stay and allowed us to use (we were there 5 nights with kids) which was very kind but I was surprised it wasn’t included.

Beautiful space!

My family came from the East Coast to visit with me so we needed a large place close to the water to stay. The ocean was the perfect distance away. We walked there almost every day. The property owner or manager was fast to respond and help when we found out the access code had changed without her knowledge. She was super friendly and even dropped off a wine opener when the one at the space had broken. Thats a great service! Defiantly recommend a space to stay with family and friends. As long as you plan on being respectful to the close by neighbors. The house is in a neighborhood so of course being respectful and no loud music or parties is expected. Nice back area with some views too! Thanks so much!

Just a summary

The house is beautiful. I wish they had a little more kid friendly dishes. I think the neighbors are using the trash cans, they were full when we arrived. The outside furniture could have been cleaner, we didn’t use it because of spider webs. But overall it is a beautiful place and I am glad I was able to rent it for my family.

Lovely home near the ocean in Aptos

Loved the home, especially the back yard. We spent most of our time there. There are three separate seating areas and lovely live oak trees gracing the yard. Up on a hillside, you can look over the surrounding area. The house was as expected from the photos. The layout and room sizes were ample. Missed a dining room table, but we made do with the table in the yard., where our party of seven gathered for meals. We left a couple items in the home and the host was very kind and responsive and returned them via UPS promptly.

Peaceful and restorative respite

The house, backyard and view were tranquil. It perfectly suited our family of 6 that included 2 young kids, 1 grandparent, an uncle and 2 parents. We enjoyed gathering in the spacious kitchen for meals, movie night in living room, and coffee on the deck. There's a secret tree covered walkway with stairs that takes you down to the beach. We hope to be back!
