We had a great trip! The house is as advertised. Perfect location and you can’t beat the view. There was plenty of towels (beach and bath), kitchen is very well stocked, and comfortable for a family of 5 with some visitors in and out. Would definitely book again.

Spectacular views!! The house is lovely and well-equipped. Plenty of room and comfortable. The deck is absolutely incredible. Hot tub was fun too. And the hosts were great - very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again!

We were all so thrilled with the house. The view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with mostly everything that we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable. All in all it was a fantastic stay for us and suited our purpose of family gathering birthday celebration perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent. It was close to everything we wanted to do while still being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home had beautiful natural light, which made it feel bright and welcoming throughout the day with amazing sunsets each night. It was a comfortable place to come back to after exploring the area, and we appreciated how relaxing the neighborhood was.

We enjoyed our stay - the location and accommodations were great.Suggestions:a) add a note to the listing that the house has a drip style coffee maker so renters can purchase appropriate coffee in advance of arrival.b) the master bed mattress is far too soft and sagging in the middle - needs to be replaced.

Views, views and more views. Waking up to the amazing ocean views made this stay so worthwhile. The house is in the perfect location and is the right size for a family with plenty of bathrooms and privacy for all. A few upgrades to the house would make this the perfect stay.

This place was amazing. Highly recommend! It was the best vacation I’ve taken in a very long time! Beautiful, tranquil environment overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean! Our family of 5 had a great stay. The location can’t be beat - we have 3 under 5 so having a slight barrier between the house and the beach is a plus for us. Plus the house is very centrally located to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc.

We loved being so close to the ocean. Walking distance to the water and hearing the waves were amazing, even during a storm. The location is great and the house was perfect for our two families. Loved the short drive to Pleasure Point, and morning coffees along the ocean trail. Five stars!

We rented this beach house for a girls' weekend and had a fabulous time. Very clean house, well-appointed kitchen, lovely views. We walked to the Santa Cruz boardwalk (about 2 miles) and it's a 20 minute drive to the monarch butterfly groves. Definitely recommend this house!
