Located walking distance to Cowfish restaurant and the famed Canoe Place Inn, minutes from waterfront dinning, ten minutes to Southampton Village and surrounded by the famous bays and ocean beaches of the Hamptons. This home is configured to sleep eight (queen bed in master, two twins in guest bedroom, and four bunkbeds in third bedroom). The .35 acre property includes a private, fenced-in yard with a patio area (with grill and firepit) and outdoor shower. Only small pets considered.
