Cute and comfortable with new kitchen and bath, enjoy this home year-round. Walking distance to Cowfish restaurant and the famed Canoe Place Inn, minutes from waterfront dining, ten minutes to Southampton Village, and surrounded by the famous beaches of the Hamptons.

Home is configured to sleep eight (queen bed in master, two twins in guest bedroom, and four bunkbeds in third bedroom). Property includes a private, fenced-in yard with a patio area (with grill and firepit) and outdoor shower. Only small pets considered.

This house is less than 5 miles (8 mins drive) from Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, site of 2026 US Open.
