The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. A modern apartment building was built next to the main building. This is where you will find your holiday apartment. Via the entrance area you can access the open kitchen and one of the two bedrooms. A large wardrobe in the hallway offers plenty of storage space. The bright design flooring, as well as the modern furnishing style, which you can find in the entire living and sleeping area give the apartment a maritime flair. There is nothing left to be desired in the fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen. There are built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer combination. You will also find numerous cooking utensils there. A dining table with two chairs offers space for a joint dinner. The living and sleeping area leads to the 29 m² corner terrace with a view towards the bay. Make yourself comfortable in the sun loungers and enjoy the evening sun to the fullest!The fireplace in the living room is particularly noteworthy. This invites you to cozy hours on the comfortable sofa bed. A flat-screen TV (50 inches) and a hi-fi system provide media entertainment. Free W-LAN is of course available to you. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The special color nuances of the apartment let the beach house style with bright, fresh colors come into its own. In the two bedrooms, one of which has a large sofa bed, you can enjoy the sun rays through the floor-to-ceiling windows every morning. There are wardrobes with integrated safes for your valuables.
