SUPER QUIET!

If you're visiting the Newcastle/Renton area this is pretty hard to top for the money and convenience. It's close enough to the freeway to get into Seattle or Bellevue quickly and the neighborhood is VERY quiet; so is the house. The bed is comfy and the full kitchen enabled us to stay in one evening and warm up takeout. Plus it's a big apartment with easy parking. We didn't want a hotel/wanted more room to spread out and had to do some work online in separate rooms (makeshift "office" life) and it worked out great. Blazing Wifi seals it!

Perfect for Two!

We stayed for a week in the summer while exploring the Seattle. Being from Texas, be warned! No central air. That’s unheard of down south! But there were zero mosquitoes or flies and the wide open windows and fans made it feel great! I do wish they had a loveseat or sofa instead of two chairs. And dresser instead of desk in the bedroom so we could store clothes. But we loved the space and the host was helpful!

A little basic but clean

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights while we were visiting Seattle. The apartment isn’t in the best area and we may have been unfortunate but there were multiple gun shots heard and police in the near vicinity on our second night, which wasn’t overly reassuring. Otherwise the flat was clean but a little basic in that there were literally 3 knives and forks, 2 cups, the smallest sieve ever to drain pasta, no comfortable seating and the bed was pretty small and not the most comfortable. A toaster, a sofa, some wine glasses, tea towels- things like that would be nice to have… It served its purpose but you wouldn’t want to be there long..
