Welcome to 312 Catalina Avenue! Your very own Catalina Island cottage, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 5 guests with all the conveniences you expect from a Catalina Island vacation rental, this house is walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops in Avalon Bay.

THE HOUSE

Master Bedroom: Queen size Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed
*Ceiling fans in all rooms. The bedrooms have wall heaters and the living room has a plug in heater*

Cooking meals is easy with the fully stocked kitchen, large kitchen counters, a 5-burner gas stove and all the cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, just off the kitchen when you don't feel like eating out. The grocery store is a short 3-minute walk away.

Great for families.

The front porch offers a great area for your morning cup of coffee!

LOCATION

Perfectly located in the heart of Avalon. This Avalon house is within walking distance of the main grocery store (Von’s), only three blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Front Street (Crescent Avenue) is the center of Avalon entertainment, featuring various restaurants, shops and nightlife options. You and your family or friends can easily spend your days soaking up the sunshine as you explore the charming streets of this beautiful island.

Maximum Occupancy: 5 people / Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed & Twin Bed. We cannot accommodate more than 5 guests.

Once you have booked, we will ask for your boat arrival time and list of guests in your party. Please bring you current Driver's License or ID on arrival. We will confirm your identity and age. The age requirement for booking is 25 years of age. You will not be allowed in the property if you booked a reservation with us and do not meet the age requirement.

Amazing location! Clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a getaway on Catalina. No AC- but you don’t really need it as it cools down significantly at night. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful house! It has everything you could want or need. Very impressed with how clean it was. The neighborhood is the best part. All the neighbors were so friendly. Great location to everything. 5 stars!

Very nice, would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and clean house with very gracious host. The kitchen had everything we could need or want and we cooked several meals during our stay. Vons grocery store is a very quick walk away as are plenty of restaurants and activities. We visit Catalina every couple years and will definitely stay in the house again.

Beach House

Book this house. Perfect location, one block from vons, two from the boardwalk and beach. The house is so cute and has everything you need. Check in process was a breeze and property manager was available anytime we needed. The home is spotless, beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need and more.

Perfect House

We booked 5 separate properties to accommodate our family reunion. This one was perfect for my wife and I and 2 adult children/grandchildren. No stairs to climb. Well stocked kitchen. A block from Vons. Cristi the host was very attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place

Always wanted to see Catalina, and it was lovely. Beautiful house, comfy beds, cute decor, easy walk to the main strip and beaches. Property manager was easily accessible and responsive.

Family Fun

We had not been to Catalina Island in 25 years when my husband proposed and our kids had never been. We wanted to stay somewhere special where we could spread out and prepare our own meals. The cottage was the perfect fit for us. Very roomy with all the necessary amenities. It was clean and conveniently located. I would by thrilled to stay here again.

Perfect Location and Very Clean Property

This property is very nice and clean with great location. The communication between myself and owner was professional, and timely. I would recommend this property to parties of four or less. One of the part was Vons is within minutes away by foot very nice perk. Plan on staying this property again.

Excellent Little House

This house was perfect for my wife and our kids. It was very clean, updated and in a great location close to town. Opening the windows and doors allowed the ocean breeze to pass through and made for a very relaxing day. We will definitely stay here again.

Magical Cottage

My family traveled to Catalina on the tail end of a long vacation. The charm of this house is one of a kind and the location was absolutely perfect! We did not cook but if we did it had everything needed to do so. The beds were so comfortable with grey linens and warm blankets. We relaxed in the evenings watching tv in the living room after fun filled adventures on the island. I’ve already began planning our next stay, hoping it’s available.

Family Getaway

Loved the house!! Comfortable for all! Three adults and two kids. (11&15). Cooked most of our meals in the great kitchen. Grocery store very close by. Spent most days at one of the beaches which was just a few blocks away. In the evenings we played games at the dining table or watched TV. Our contact person, Christa was always available and very helpful with all our questions and needs. Thanks!! We had a great week!!

The Perfect Catalina Cottage

It’s been 20 years since I’ve been to Catalina, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This little beach cottage was the perfect blend of old-school Catalina and upgraded comfort. After walking through all of the streets downtown, I really think this is one of the best rental cottages in Avalon. A well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds made our stay so enjoyable. Christa was an awesome host. We had to call her one night at 9:30 because we thought we locked ourselves out and she was so kind. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much!
