The condo was spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. It was well stocked with amenities and well appointed. The view of the mountains and the lake was incredible. It was close to skiing and stores. The management company was very attentive. If I could say anything negative, it would be the garage is hard to get in and out of for a larger vehicle.
Overall we had a wonderful time here. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we could think of including spices. I enjoyed a walk out to the lake and intontown.
This was probably the most well appointed place we’ve ever stayed! From wine glasses to coffee, everything was at our fingertips! Thank you for a very comfortable stay!
The vacation is in a beautiful location. Property was nice and clean and you couldn’t beat the views and sunrises. It is a perfect place for our family of six to be able to ski and have our evenings to hang out.
Place created alot of memories with family and friends. Very clean and wonderful views of mountains in the morning sunrise and sunsets. Will recommend others about this place.

Great location! Spent time at Copper & Breckenridge. Condo had everything we needed, plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the view and taking morning walks on the Frisco recreational trail.
The unit was perfect, very well appointed and spacious, great location overlooking Dillon Lake.
Ideal for three friends with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Early morning visit by two beautiful foxes was a bonus!

Thank you for staying with us! We appreciate guests who are so kind.
If you like spectacular water and mountain views, this condo is for you. Immaculate and well-stocked with anything you could need, it is ideally located and close to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended!
Close to 70 making it easy to get to Vail, Breckenridge, Avon / Beavercreek, Copper, and Keystone.
Property manager was very responsive and fixed an issue with the hot water promptly. Fantastic experience.
Stayed with 2 children and would recommend for families. Close to Frisco, grocery, and more.
Clean, well maintained condo.
We decided this ski season to not stay on resort or slope side, but instead save money on lodging. Each day we loaded up our vehicle and skied a different resort. We enjoyed the little downtown of Frisco. The restaurants we enjoyed: 5th Avenue Grille and Pure Kitchen.

This is the way best vacation rental we stayed. We have been stayed over 50+ around US. Amazing views and super clean!
What a wonderful home. We stayed here for our monthly ski trip to Copper Mountain. Fantastic location close to the slopes (about a 10 minute drive). Downtown Frisco was very charming with delicious restaurants and cute shops. Will be back.
Very welcoming unit with spectacular views of the lake & mountains! Comfortable accommodations for our small group, with room to spare. Close to Frisco and the surrounding towns. Lots of nearby hiking trails.
A great place to relax at the end of the day!
Pictures on the listing were very accurate.

About the host
Hosted by Summit County Mountain Retreats
This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
