Our host Kaitlyn was absolutely fantastic -- she replied immediately to our messages to help us locate parking, and accepted a last minute booking which was incredibly helpful. The fenced yard for our dog was a highlight too! The rental had everything we needed for a short stay and was right across the street from a nice park, and very close to downtown amenities. We enjoyed having our privacy but also being centrally located to activities in town. An excellent stay!

It was good cozy and close to everything . I really enjoyed the park across the street as well. I would suggest to replace the pull out couch , or at least the mattress. It is very uncomfortable.to sleep on .

The place itself was just as described. Quaint, clean, great location. Unfortunately this place is run by a management company so there really isn't a "host". The company uses a chat-bot for 80% of their communications with is quite annoying.

great property for the money

It's difficult to find affordable accommodations in Colorado Springs. It needs air conditioning in the bedroom and I was a bit nervous about my car, but for the money, it's a great rental.

Very small, barely have room to get around the bed, no closet space. Low ceiling in bedroom, bed slants toward washer and dryer, no room to fully open washing machine, couch VERY uncomfortable

Property was very accommodating

Property was very accommodating and easy to get too and from the hospital where my family member was. The property provided everything needed for my stay. I will be using this service again when they have to come back for next treatments.
