Escape from it all at this charming home just steps away from the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Access to a lovely sandy beach in a private community is a true highlight of this home.

You cannot help but to enjoy this comfortable home with a large living room, well-appointed kitchen, and formal dining area. Spread out on the second floor that features a gaming area. Also upstairs is a study with a dedicated desk workspace, a stocked bookcase, fireplace, and comfortable seating.

There is plenty to do just outside the door. Spend all day on the beach or go to the beach volleyball court to partake in a friendly game.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Wonderful Lake House

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The home is absolutely lovely. You can see Lake W from the deck and it’s just a short walk down to the private community beach. The beach was not busy and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The views are amazing and all the houses in the area are gorgeous. The living room was comfy cozy and the perfect place to unwind and watch a movie at the end of the day. The house is huge so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking in it. We saw deer a few times and a bunch of wild turkeys running around. But mostly the area is quiet and peaceful. We hope to go back for another visit soon. Loved this house!!!!
