- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
-There are several stairs to get to the lake - over 100! If you have mobility issues please keep this in mind.

Drive way is crazy steep and there are 152 stairs down to the doc. Very peaceful and cool place to stay.

Loved our stay! Other than a unique smell as you enter the front door, it was absolutely perfect for our desire to get away from the hustle/bustle of everyday life. Host was very responsive, home was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Heather was a great host for our getaway right before school starts back. Communication was outstanding. This is also the first time I’ve ever had the opportunity to use an app specifically for the property which was very helpful. Heather also provided a book in the kitchen as another option to find information. The house was very clean and very well stocked. Thank you for the starter dish tabs, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and trash bags. I don’t think we even used all this house had to offer. The stairs to the dock are definitely a work out. And the driveway is super steep as other guests have noted but we made it work. All in all great house and great host at a good price. What else could you want.

Thank you for all the extras at the house...the ziploc bags, bedroom basics, board and card games, all the kitchen bowls and cooking utensils, comfy seats in dining room and den, etc!! The game room!!! Just everything in the house was amazing!! Who would have thought of bidets?!?! Oh and the kayaks were such and added plus!! The porches were amazing! Hot tub!! Grill!! Perfect for our family and one of our favorite vrbo's! As others have said there are a LOT of stairs to get to dock and lake...but if this 63 &69 yo can make it, you probably can too! Just take your time! Didn't phase the younger ones! Lol Unloading and loading was a breeze...super close to front door! One of our favorite VRBO's!Side note...Its hilly and has a STEEP driveway...our suv got up and down it w/o a problem. Thanks Heather...the app is amazing and so informative!

The property was fabulous. Very clean, very comfortable. Everything was as advertised. Even better. My mother joined us and she is elderly. It was wonderful having a main floor bedroom and walk-in shower to accommodate her needs. My family enjoyed fishing, kayaking, games, playing cards on the porch, morning coffee on the deck. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Property

This is an amazing home. The property is exactly as beautiful as it looks on the pictures. It is modern, the beds are very comfortable, it is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay and it is super clean! The property Manager has thought of every little detail, from check in to check out. If you are looking for a place to create some beautiful memories with family and friends I suggest you give this property chance. Beautiful Lake House

Heather’s lake house was perfect for our trip to Lake Lanier. It was so peaceful, yet just a few minutes from everything we could need in town! You can tell the thought and care put into the home. The home was very clean, wonderfully decorated, and the view of the lake was amazing. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the lake, fishing off the dock, and loved the game room. There were tons of fun family games we had a blast playing. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the coffee bar. We had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well equipped. Heather was very helpful and responsive. We are already planning a return trip in the summer!

Lake vacation

Wonderful stay at this property. Everything you need. Small details like basket full of goodies in case you forgot.. coffee pods to get you started.. cabinets labeled to where kitchen items go.. light switches labeled.. screened in porch was great.. nice tvs in every space.. game room was great for my 12 year olds .. kayaks were great addition for dock.. a few suggestions. Umbrellas for the dock deck.. it gets hot up there… the driveway is super steep and I don’t know if all cars would make it down to the house and back up.. we had 4x4 truck so ok for us.. also, the stairs to the lake are super steep..might be difficult for people with knee problems or elderly as there are no rails .. thanks for having us in your beautiful home.. we had a blast!

We had a wonderful stay! Literally everything you could think of was provided and then some. They even had a “Did You Forget Something?” basket with sunscreen, lotion, razors, etc. We really appreciated that when we realized we had run out of sunscreen on our last day!You could really tell how much thought and care went into making the home comfortable and convenient. Every room had a Roku TV, which was a great touch, and we absolutely loved the screened-in porch. The grill was great, and they even provided an extra propane tank “just in case” the first one ran out. There were also labels on practically everything—light switches, cabinets, shelves, etc.—so you always knew where things were and what controlled what. It made the house incredibly easy to navigate.My only “concerns” would be the stairs down to the lake and the wasp nests on the dock. There were way more stairs to get to the lake than we anticipated, and there wasn’t a railing, which could be challenging for certain guests. I’m also extremely allergic to bees and wasps, but nature is going to nature, so I completely understand that you can’t control where insects decide to make their home.Overall, we had a wonderful trip! The driveway was a little scary, but the home and game room were absolutely fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!
