Perfect location and accommodations for our needs

Clean, convenient, and easy owner to work with. Everyone was very happy with the home and their stay, albeit short. Will recommend to friends and family for future visits.

SC Tournament Trip

The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns.
