Unit 36A, Lot an elevated bluff, steps from Stengel and Ohlson beaches, Sea Break offers some of the most dramatic white-water views in all of the Sea Ranch. Designed to take full advantage of its location, Sea Break is an airy, split-level home. The spectacular upper-level panoramic glass windows in the living room lend a perfect way to start the day with your morning coffee or bring to a quiet close with a sunset cocktail.
In addition to the views, the main living area has a new 50” flat screen 4K television, gas fireplace, relaxing chairs , new couch. Built-in cabinets contain an expansive game and puzzle selection. Powder room is on the same level. Automated blinds in the living room for ease of open and closure.

Modern home amenities provide access to streaming television, both on demand and live, including sporting events via FuboTV. Sonos speakers in the living room and kitchen/dining area allow for high quality audio of your choice. Alternatively, connect via bluetooth to listen to music from your device.

A few steps down from the living and powder room is a well-appointed kitchen with a dining area to include bar seating for four and a large harvest table to bring everyone together at mealtimes.

The very top level is the primary suite with a balcony deck, offering additional opportunities for whale watching, star-gazing or simply listening to the ocean and taking in nature’s beauty. The primary suite also has a television equipped with Apple TV and access all home streaming services. Bathroom contains dual sinks and ocean-view shower, large walk-in closet.

Downstairs, at the ground level, find an additional two ocean-facing bedrooms. One extra-large bedroom features a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The other includes a queen bed and 46” flat screen TV with access to all home streaming. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. Also, on this level find the laundry room. Bed linens and towels are included with this rental.

Step out onto the ground level courtyard and find the large hot tub facing the ocean. This courtyard also contains a charming bistro table and separate enclosure for your small dog.

Take a short walk across the meadow or along the bluff trail to Ohlson Recreation center for swimming, tennis, sauna, picnics and volleyball.

Due to the close proximity to the ocean bluffs, homeowner suggests guests aged 5 and older occupy this home rental; babes in arms also accepted.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 2 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 8 for this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house very much except for a massive ant infestation under the stove and a power outage that almost shortened our trip. Thankfully the owners (not the rental agency - they were MIA during our entire stay) were very responsive and had their generator fixed immediately. We were then able to enjoy our holiday, despite the 3 huge storms that blew in. The home was better than the pictures and they had a fully stocked kitchen with everything one would need to enjoy home cooked meals.

The stunning views are the highlight of the property. The multi levels may be difficult for some. Also we were told that the ant issue was seasonal and we were at the tail end of the season (late September), I really feel more effort needs to be made to control them - they did dampen our stay.

The accommodations offer stunning views and a serene atmosphere, with the sound of the ocean and waves visible from the windows, deck, and jacuzzi. The cliff path is conveniently just steps away.The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, we did have a few suggestions to enhance our experience:Replace the pillows on the bed for added comfortProvide extra towels for the jacuzziInclude instructions on how to operate the upstairs fireplaceAdd a note in the upstairs bathroom indicating that the hot water setting is marked by the blue indicator (usually associated with cold water)Replace the yoga mat Provide laundry detergentAdditionally, we thought that replacing the shade with glass between the living room and the upstairs bedroom would provide more privacy and noise protection.Despite these minor suggestions, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the close proximity to another unit, allowing our whole family to be together easily.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Break has a great location, right on the Bluff Trail; the ocean views and sounds are tremendous! But the place itself is a very average rental property showing signs of neglect, particularly in the kitchen and dining areas. The cookware has been abused, and is all piled in a single drawer in a jumble; many lights are out throughout the house (there are two lights over the dining table, and one is out and the other flickers); the upstairs toilet runs. There is no recycling or composting bin. The hot tub is quite public and difficult to get in and out of. The hot water takes forever to get to any faucet and there is a tremendous amount of water wasted. The dishwasher is very old and does a very poor job; many items in the kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, knives) were disgustingly dirty and had to be washed before they could be used. Many of the windows are difficult to open and close; the sliding door in the dining area has to be carefully manipulated to get it to lock. Etc.I think I would stay here again, but I would have to adjust my expectations. It's like an expensive restaurant with great views but mediocre food: if you know ahead of time that that's what you're getting into, maybe you can be fine with it.

We stayed with family and enjoyed wonderful views, upstairs living room telescope, and well appointed kitchen. There were lots of stairs between the 4 levels, so that's something to know if you have toddlers--or elderly. We had a great time & hope to return!!

Nice 2 car garage provided extra room for bicycles which were ridden by grandchildren on the circle. Easy access across a meadow bike path to inner roads that brought us by a herd of sheep! Convenient walk-in pantry with adjacent open shelving for food supplies was well stocked with bowls, pans, even a waffle-maker. Hot tub, games, children’s books... a great house for kids over age 3 as there are lots of stairs. Sea Break is now on our list of favorite Sea Ranch houses! We’ll definitely be back!

This home has it all - breathtaking ocean views, situated right on the bluff trails (convenient for dog walking), short walk to rec center and beach access!The home has a lovely floorplan with plenty of privacy and room for everyone! We've stayed at many rental homes in The Sea Ranch and this is by far our favorite!
