Would never stay here again. This place needs to be checked into.

Sorry to see your review. To be honest we have many satisfied guests before. This time something seems a little different. We tried our best to accommodate you even let you switch houses three time we bear cleaning costs ourself. We buy you a big grill just think the one we have might be too small. House has issues from time to time if we do not take care we have problems. We think we did everything you asked for. I do not see anything you mentioned we did not do it for you. Sorry for what happened but we will learn form it and still will do what we can to best accommodate our furture guests.

Wonderful!

This home was excellent & exactly what I needed for my stay. It was right in the center of everything. The home itself completely exceeded my expectations! Helen was very nice & helpful with any assistance I needed. I would definitely stay there again, looking forward to next years vacation!

Clean and efficient. Very homey feeling.

We had no trouble locating the property or getting checked in. The unit was close to the beach and all local venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again if in the area!

Kitchen was not well stocked--washer & dryer were nice to have--[2] TV's was needed & supplied as my wife & I don't watch the same channels--the Wi-Fi was good a worked fine. The short walk to the gulf was good. The manager in the owners absent was Jules in Apartment C was very helpful--loaned us some deck chairs. Landscaping was beautiful--knock roses bloomed beautifully.

Kitchen was not well furnished. The washer & dryers was nice to have. Dead bolts have been installed. The [2] TV's was nice to have as my wife & I don't watch the same channels

Decent place to stay in a pinch

The house was decent. We were thinking we would be staying in the threeplex building but it's the house behind it. When we arrived, we were given 1 key and the guy said it was the only key for the house. We noticed the front door latch was backwards and the door could easily be popped open with a screwdriver or a casino players card as I demonstrated. We had no key or access to the deadbolt on the front door. We had to lock the front door deadbolt and leave through the back door and lock those locks with a key, very inconvenient. The A/C struggled to maintain temperature throughout the week, but it never got above 77 ish in the house. We had an issue with the neighbor that looks after the property but the owner is supposed to be addressing that. Overall, the stay was fine. 1 TV and limited channels in the whole house is difficult when you have teenagers with you, just an FYI.

great choice. Quiet neighborhood, great location. It was nice to have a place that had all the amenities that you can't get in a hotel (full kitchen, etc.).
