Very pleased with this property- well stocked with essentials. If long stay you will need to provide essentials ( paper towels, TP, ziplocks, foil etc). Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Large open spaces, A/C worked great. Great community area , pool , direct access to A’Bay. Walking distance to all shopping areas. We long stay vacation in Waikoloa yearly and this unit/complex was a first for us and it was great ! Would recommend it and stay again if available next year… mahalo

Really good spot

The unit was great, the hosts responded fast to every question, and the community pool was nice in its own right. The Hilton passes were a nice bonus. Good location, too.

The location was great, but unfortunately the property fell short of expectations. The grill and patio were dirty upon arrival and needed cleaning. There were also several maintenance and listing accuracy issues, including a smaller refrigerator and much smaller microwave than advertised. The most concerning issue was the broken bed frame, which required the manager to come by twice during our stay. The beds were uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep. When we reported the issue after the first occurrence, we were told the bed was fine, but the problem persisted. I would strongly recommend replacing the bed frame before the next guests arrive. Had these issues been addressed before our arrival, this easily could have been a 5-star review.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to see this review, as it does not reflect the experience of the overwhelming majority of guests who have stayed in this home. We have hosted well over 100 stays and also stay in the unit ourselves. We have never previously received a complaint regarding the bed frames, including from the guests who checked out the same day this reservation began. When this guest contacted us, our property manager went to the unit twice to inspect the concern and found the bed to be functioning properly. We take maintenance issues seriously and respond promptly whenever something is reported. Regarding the patio and grill area, the lanai is an open-air space in Hawaii and, depending on wind and weather conditions, dust can accumulate quickly even after cleaning. We are always happy to address anything guests bring to our attention during their stay. The refrigerator and microwave are also the standard-size appliances found in Kolea units and are accurately represented in our listing and photos. We’re proud of the many 5-star reviews this property has received, and we believe they provide a much more representative picture of the home and the experience we consistently provide our guests.

The property is amazing. Condo is well equipped for eating, sleeping and enjoying indoor/outdoor space. Pool is outstanding, very close access to beach. Property owner/company is attentive and cares about your stay. Property manager was excellent. Responded quickly to any questions. Definitely will return!

Beautiful property,Great Location!

Spent a week here with my family over new years. The condo was perfect for us. Nice private community with great amenities. Pool and Hot Tub were very nice with ocean view and limited to only guests of the small community so not overly crowded. Condo had everything we needed, was nice that it had covered parking and a ton of gear for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, etc. ). We were met at checkin and the host was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be booking this property again.

Kolea stay

We loved our time at Korea, The condo was beautiful had everything we needed. Plenty of space. The pool was wonderful and really enjoyed having towels, chairs and umbrellas. Beach access was very easy. Location is great close to shopping, and restaurants. Management was easy to contact and gave easy to follow instructions. This was a great place for us to stay. Really enjoyed having access to the Hilton pools as well.
