This new 2BR, 2 BA house is the perfect getaway for a short or long stay. There is plenty of room in the oversized yard where you can grill, or cook in the fabulous kitchen. Enjoy life as a Villager where you can play many sports, golf, swim, and pickleball during the day. Take the golf cart, that's included, to any of the three squares to find live music every night, shops, and numerous restaurants. Nearby is a breathtaking nature trail and Edna's on the Green. You will not be bored in TV!
THIS IS A PET FREE HOME.

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Family Visit

Always love visiting family in the villages!! There is always something to do. The house was clean, comfy, and in a great location. Check in was easy, and Teresa was wonderful!!

Nice place to visit but wouldn't want to live there.

While the house was nice, the golf cart we had only worked a few days out of the month we were there. After a couples attempts to fix it, they found it needed a new battery which took almost three weeks. In addition both my wife and I really enjoy playing pickle ball but found the "locals" not to be very friendly towards us at the nearest court to house. We actually drove about 10 mile a day after the first week to a friends courts where these players were couldn't have been nicer. Overall, we found the villages to be a nice place to visit but wouldn't want to live there.

Clean and comfortable

The lookout was a pleasure to stay at, the kitchen had everything we needed , the bed was comfortable, the furniture was relaxing. We were extended a discount for military service. Thank you.. The golf cart was charged and ready. The shower had good water pressure. My only issue was not being able to find golf cart insurance, so we used the cart sparingly .village valet was very helpful.

Nice home

Place was nice and had everything you need. They were responsive with guests and check in was easy. My only complaint was that the master bathroom toilet was not cleaned. Someone had used it and made a mess and I actually just cleaned it myself. Also, there were ants in the toilet area.

Not for WFH

The home was clean and comfortable. The property manager was helpful and the check-in process was straightforward. A few issues that would keep me from booking the property again: First the internet service was very poor. I needed to telecommute while in the property, but the internet was unusable requiring me to hotspot from my phone. I’m in tech, and tried resolving. I couldn’t find the modem so I think that they may have been sharing someone’s service. Second other than a plastic lounge chair there is not any outside furniture. Finally, you wouldn’t think this was important but it is - there isn’t a cutting board.
