This was our first blended family, kids and grandkids vacation together and we had the best time despite the Nor’easter. The house was clean and the layout was perfect for us and the best view ever! I cannot think of any negatives, except weather but that was Mother Natures fault. We were thinking of making it an annual family vacation. Thank you.

We were very happy with our stay in N. Falmouth. The house was very clean, AC throughout, plenty of seating, great views of the bay, umbrellas over aluminum lounge chairs and two tables on the patio. Short stairs to the sandy beach where Adirondack chairs are set up with more umbrellas and you can watch the sunset. The beach is great for swimming and playing in the sand. The outdoor shower was also a big hit. We would recommend this house!

Great cape cod vacation

The property was very nice and in line with how it was described. Plenty of beautiful space for a family vacation. The owner was responsive to any questions and there were no problems at all. A very nice place to stay!

We are so pleased with our stay at this beautiful property. We were 5 friends meeting up from 3 different countries and the back porch and beach were perfect for lounging and catching up. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding property. Very clean, very well furnished. The view is spectacular. But the real capper is the private beach, only 29 strides and six concrete steps from the back patio.

Lovely Cape Cod Home

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home in the city of Falmouth. The water views are spectacular and the private beach area was a big hit for all ages. The home is well maintained and spacious. Very clean. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Highly suggest a day trip to Chatham and highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous house and location

Our reunion of 10 friends was a wonderful time in this beautiful and spacous house, far nicer than the Cape Cod house we all used to rent when we were in our 20s. Even nicer than the photos--the bedrooms are large, all of them very nice, lots of different seating areas dowstairs, and the beach! Right at the end of the lawn. Very well stocked kitchen (except for lack of lobster claw crackers. We left one behind). Everything spotless. Highly recommend this house for reunions or multiple families.
