About this property

Ranch Duplex with yard in Sand Lake area

Quiet, family area with yard, and biking trail across the street. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bathroom. Brand New carpet in back bedroom. Only a few minutes from the airport and grocery stores. This is a ground level half of a duplex. Completely private space and side yard. A friendly long term tenant lives next door. We welcome up to 4 guests and have 2 queen beds for sleeping. Owner lives in town and is available if needed. We like to give you as much privacy as possible. This is a new listing to VRBO but have been renting to traveling professionals for a while. Please share any feedback or questions you have with me

Supper place with a fabulous manager

This duplex in Sand Creek was very close to the airport and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied and the washer and dryer are new and huge if you need to run a load. The manager was very attentive and made communication so easy.
