Rarely available in April, lovely 2/2 condo in a quiet marina setting at Landings of Largo. Unit is close to one of the two community pools, grants access to the marina, and boat ramp just 1 block away inside the community. Nicely modeled apartment on the second floor to allow for covered parking for 2 cars right below the unit. Great escape for those coming from the snow to enjoy to enjoy and endless summer. Boat split with a lift available for additional cost!
