Minutes and walking distance from downtown Los Olivos, this remarkable 4BR/4.5BA modern home puts fun, relaxation, and style all under one roof. A unique architectural layout, high-end appliances, and ample natural light brighten and elevate your stay. Enjoy superior amenities like a pool, spa and barrel sauna, outdoor shower. Relax around the outdoor fireplace under built in heaters on cool nights while relaxing.
Treat your group to the fine dining, wine tasting, and shopping Los Olivos has to offer.
Four en suite bedrooms and half bath.
LIVING AREAS This contemporary haven features with plush furnishings and modern artwork throughout. In the main living area, you’ll find plush sofas, a gas fireplace, and a 65” TV. An adjacent lounge provides four oversize comfy chairs and flat-screen TV.
DINING Indulge your inner chef in the kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, including two dishwashers, ice machine, and a double oven. Extras include ample cookware, Riedel glassware, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Perch at the expansive kitchen island that seats four, or enjoy meals at the eight-seat dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS: The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Adjacent to the master suite, the second bedroom has a king bed and private patio. A second bathroom has a vanity and a full en suite bathroom. On the second floor, two more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One provides a king bed and daybed while the other has a queen bed and futon. OUTDOOR AREAS: Unwind on the heated patio with seating for 10. Throw a family-style cookout in the yard with a gas grill and a dining area with seating for 10. Out. Relax and enjoy a movie on the 72" flat screen TV above an outdoor gas fireplace. A beautifully landscaped yard, pool, spa, barrel sauna and with lounge chairs for six.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Additional guest amenities include an office, a washer/dryer, SONOS, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for three vehicles. Barrel sauna. No amplified outdoor music anytime Quiet hours 10pm - 7am.The pool temperature from May through September is around 80-85 degrees.

This is an amazing property. We had a last minute cancellation at another location and Jordan the property manager was kind enough to provide accommodations for my family of 6 just in the nick of time. Our disappointment in not being located in Santa Barbara proper rapidly dissipated when we discovered how much Los Olivos and the surrounding area has to offer. We enjoyed wonderful wine, food, and weather for glorious 7 days. When we were not out adventuring, our family enjoyed the pool, spa, sauna, and outdoor living spaces. We would stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for more.

It’s rare a listing doesn’t come close to doing justice to how incredible a rental is but this one totally blew us out of the water. The memories that we made as a family over the holidays were truly priceless. The house was incredibly designed, the location was perfect, the communication was prompt…and we hope to be back again soon. Many thanks to the owners for sharing such a magical spot with us.

Great House

Nice long weekend with friends and little ones. Kids and adults all had a blast. The house is as advertised +++, very good attention to details big and small throughout. Zero correspondence from check in as there were no concerns or questions, fantastic pool layout (with electric cover so that we didn’t have to stress about kids when not in use). Wouldn’t change anything.

Beautiful home , very much as advertised, You can't go wrong with this lovely rental. Perfect for multigenerational groups or groups of friends/couples. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and all are quite nicely appointed.

One of the best experiences we've ever had renting a home!

Our family was searching for homes that could accommodate our four young kids and our dog, and this home was one of the best surprises we have had in our rental history (doing a home renovation this summer and are bouncing around CA). We loved this house! The kitchen was truly equipped for a professional chef, the appliances and utensils were outstanding, the backyard was perfect for our kids to play in, and the house itself was extremely comfortable and welcoming. Very clearly a family house, not a rental house, and we were thrilled the owners let us experience their home. Los Olivos was also a big surprise - such a cool part of the country and very relaxed. Great place to unwind and get away from it all....

Perfect 4th of July Getaway

We loved our stay at the Modern Country Home. Pictures didn’t do the house and yard justice. The property was far larger than we anticipated and each person in our party had enough space and privacy. Great location, close to downtown Los Olivos was an added bonus. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Wine Country Get-Away

What a lovely two weeks we spent in this beautiful home! We celebrated our 50th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. One couple and their two kids stayed with us every night. The other family lives near by but spent the days and evenings with us. The kitchen and dining options easily handled meals for 10. The pool and spa were refreshing and fun. We played volleyball, spike ball, ping pong and basketball. The spacious outdoor patio was perfect in the cool mornings and evenings. There were great walks in the countryside plus an easy walk to downtown Los Olivos with it’s shops, fun eateries, wineries and beer tasting. The property was top notch and Jordan, the property manager, could not have been more responsive and attentive. Highly recommended! We hope to return!
