Beautiful Newly Renovated 5-Bedroom Home with Pool

Large house, 5 bedrooms with 5 beds, accommodates up to 10 people maximum. No large events or gatherings are allowed.

Located in Arrowhead Lakes Community. Beautiful lakes, parks, and mountain trails within easy walking distance. Very calm and quiet area, no highway noise and no neighbors behind the house, large open backyard alongside the mountain.

Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Large game room sitting area with Air Hockey table. Large high-ceiling kitchen, fully stocked with appliances and dinnerware. High speed WiFi throughout the house. Large Smart TV in downstairs living room and master bedroom. Two different sliding door access points to backyard. Large desert and mountain backdrop backyard, with pool and grass play area. Grill and seating also available.

Pool is not heated. Two-Story house with stairs, with few steps between lower floors and kitchen/game room area. Please be careful and watch younger children at all times.

Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It was perfect for our extended family. The house was spacious and well equipped for the most part. Great location for seeing family in the area and going to spring training games. Host was very responsive and accommodating. When we learned the washing machine was not working, the host offered to have our laundry serviced. Overall, very pleased with our stay.
