Super Bowl Rental!! Short 15 minute drive to State Farm Stadium. 2700 sq. ft

Surprise, AZ home available for vacation rental located just 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium and the 2023 Super Bowl! Also, 40 minutes from TPC Scottsdale and the Waste Management Open. Property features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an outdoor personal pool, and fire pit. Pool is enclosed by a pool fence for added safety. Master suite features one Queen bed with master bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms feature queen size beds, with a bathroom right next door. House sleeps 6, but could accommodate 8 with a very comfortable electric air mattress that could be used in one of the three living rooms. Main living room is furnished with a large sectional accompanied by a 65 inch TV. The backyard is a desert oasis with pool, fire pit, turf grass, and 55 inch TV. No smoking allowed inside. There is a Wyze video doorbell at the front door, as well as two exterior security cameras at the front of the property. In considering booking this property, please note that this is our personal home.
