Welcome to Starboard Retreat! With its expansive backyard oasis and close proximity to Craigville and Dowses Beaches, this spacious home is a summer paradise for beach goers and pool loungers alike. Overlooking North Pond, the backyard features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill, patio, and fire pit.

The four bedroom home sleeps 12 guests comfortably and is also our maximum occupancy. Each charmingly decorated bedroom comes stocked with new premium mattresses and high end linens. All bedrooms are apportioned with flat screen smart televisions on the walls.

The first level king master features an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and oversized shower, full sized pull out sofa, twin sized pull out sleeper chair, walk out deck, and mini-gym with Peloton bike. You’ll love taking in the view of our private backyard oasis through our oversized walls of windows in the spacious living and dining rooms. On the first level you’ll find ample seating for all in the two modern coastal family rooms boasting a smart tv, kids play area, and the coziest couches and swivel chairs. There is a beautiful kitchen stocked with kitchenware and a dining space with seating for 12 along with 4 counter stools at the kitchen island. In the garage-game room, try your hand at a game of poker or shoot a game of pool or ping pong. You’ll have access to a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The lower level features three additional bedrooms, two full sized bathrooms, and a living space complete with XBOX series X gaming console and 4 controllers. Sure to be a hit with the kids, the “bunk room” features twin over full and twin over twin bunks. Just down the hall, you’ll find two queen bedrooms adjoined by a pocket door.

Starboard Retreat is conveniently situated between Mashpee and Hyannis, offering the convenience of larger town amenities, while maintaining the quintessential Cape Cod ambiance.
