This comfortable 1410 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has wood and tile floors throughout. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bedroom set and rocker as well as a bidet in the bathroom. The guest room has 2 twins that can be pushed together to form a king bed. This room also has a desk and printer. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including dishes, utensils, instant pot, Keurig, Soda Stream, and loads of spices.

The 5-unit condo complex has indoor parking for one car and is walkable to anywhere on the Island - Spreckles Park 1.5 blocks, Hotel Del Coronado 5 blocks, Vons 1.5 blocks, Library 3 blocks, Post Office 3 blocks, and many wonderful restaurants. You will never want to leave the Island!

Coronado condo

Nicely furnished, easy living condo. Clean, well updated with modern, roomy bed and bathrooms. Needs a usable deck for outside seating. Only big complaint, and this is personal, is Roku and apps vs. cable TV. Particularly when hurricane Hillary was forecast it was difficult to get local channels.

Coronado is a truly unique community with incredible charm, one of the world's best beaches, restaurants galore.
All within comfortable walking distances. No need to get into a car when living here. The location of this condo is in the heart of the village.
