Very spacious and it met all our needs. The garage is a good place to store your eBikes and gear but not enough room for a car. That said, the driveway comes well off the road and the property has a fence. We felt very safe and secure. Nice job by the folks a Carroll Realty!

Property was the perfect location for our granddaughter’s wedding. The rooms are spacious, the linens lovely. The rugs and fan blades could use a good cleaning or replacement.

Family vacation

The house was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We all really enjoyed the game room with the pool and poker table. It was also an easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great communication and awesome house. Big rooms and upstairs was super great as it gave us two hang out spots! Would def recommend!

Golf trip

We were a group of 8 - 4 couples in town for a golf birthday weekend. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and have their privacy. We would recommend this location for your next stay.

Birthday trip

The house is in a great location for golfing, beach days and bird watching! We enjoyed our stay; however, for the amount spent for our stay, the house should have been spotless. I wouldn't invite anyone to my house in that condition. The house needs a good scrubbing, from inside to the outside. The outdoor patio and porch furniture were beyond dusty and disappointing. The mosquitos trapped inside the house were happy to welcome us by being absolutely menaces! All in all the house rating could be a much higher if the property owner or manager gave the house some TLC.

Demira - I am SO very sorry that you had this experience at our beach home. I am truly surprised to receive these comments. We’ve had previous guests including friends stay and did not have these complaints, but as soon as I received your review I immediately scheduled a deep clean for the home. I’ve asked for a thorough, extensive clean inside and out, and they are starting tomorrow (May 9, 2023). In response to mosquitoes, I will schedule to have the yard sprayed, but again it’s never been an issue for anyone especially inside the home. So odd! I do feel terrible that this was your experience and I want to assure future guests that we will make sure this never happens again. We are also available during your stay to contact and would’ve immediately addressed any issues going on so that you would not be expected to endure it during your stay. Please accept our apologies and next time, if you visit Isle of Palms or Sullivans Island and rent through Carroll Realty again, we will offer a discounted stay at any property.
