Early Check-in: We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want to it to be perfect for you. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you.
Late Check-out: You can message prior to your arrival and we will let you know if a late check-out can be accommodated. If you check-out later than the agreed upon time you will fined $100 for the first 60 minutes and then an entire night rate after that. Our cleaners are prompt and have busy schedules; unless notified they will charge us for running late.

Loved our time at this property. The hosts were amazing! House was outfitted above and beyond expectations. Beds were very comfortable. Recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Loved the area - perfect for hiking, biking, walking, etc. The pool area and yard were very relaxing and overall the property very dog friendly. We will definitely be back. Would have stayed long if we could have!

Super clean and extremely comfortable.
Home is also very, very thoughtfully stocked for any needs.
Our furry friends loved the back yard for running free with out concern for their safety.

Family work space
We rented this property for my son and his wife to have a place to stay and work during the daytime hours the week of Thanksgiving. It worked out great! Everyone had their own space during the day to work, and the property was clean and quiet. They really enjoyed it! They spent the nights there as well for the first three nights, but then joined us for Thanksgiving. Thanks!

Highly recommend
Our contractor told us we needed to leave our house for the weekend to complete the floors. These hosts were very helpful and accommodating in our last minute request for us and our two dogs. The hosts clearly know how to own and operate a solid VRBO property as the house was perfectly set up for us and very communicative to help us out. We loved the induction cooktop and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed cocktails around the pool while the pooches rolled and played in the grass. Easy walks to the canal and Central Ave Bridle path. We will absolutely encourage our friends and family to stay here when visiting Arizona!
