24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. This condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort on the 11th floor (Unit 1109) with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters and breathtaking sunsets from your own balcony. There is an actual video of the unit when you scroll through the pictures.

This spotless unit features new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, wood tile flooring, new bathroom vanities with granite countertops and tile backsplash, new bedroom furniture, all new lighting, updated decor and paint.

Enjoy beautiful porcelain wood tile throughout the unit as well as a stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and USB power outlets. The Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, air fryer, panini maker, air fryer, Fiestaware dishes, and fully appointed kitchen will make you feel right at home.

Kids and teens will love the custom built bunk beds with Roku TVs. Each bunk comes complete with individual lighting, USB power outlets and HDMI inputs.

The living area includes a cozy comfort queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50" Roku TV, and Bluetooth attached stereo system for listening to your favorite music while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The shared guest bathroom includes a shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Pelican Beach Resort is strategically located in one of the most sought after areas in Destin. Located across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, convenient to many of the best restaurants in the area, Harbor Walk, outlet malls, the list is endless.

The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun.

Since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use that are found in the owner's closet, if you choose not to rent.

I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

THERE IS NOT A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT IS IN THE HALLWAY ON THE SAME FLOOR.

Absolutely gorgeous condo! Everything was perfect from the views to the clean comfortable beds. The kids were especially excited that even the pull-out couch mattress was very comfortable. The coffee bar with all essentials and snack basket with a bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Julie was very easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and was the best host. We will definitely be staying again.

Exceptional Condo with Spectacular View of the Gulf

A truly outstanding unit that is extremely clean and instantly welcomes you to a spectacular view of the Gulf. It has very comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen for all needs. The unit also has a recently updated master bathroom shower that is extremely satisfying after a fun day on the beach.Pelican Beach Resort is professionally managed and is ideally located to Destin's many restaurants and activities.... we love staying here!

The condo and property manager were both absolutely amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked with EVERYTHING we could need or want. You can tell Julie really wants to make you feel at home. From the quality items, to the houseplants, and small rugs everywhere...the whole vacation was perfect. Julie was so amazing and checked in multiple times before and during our stay. Our stay at this property was excellent! I cannot say enough good things about the condo and our host. Our host checked on us every few days to make sure that we had what we needed. She provided many necessary items (paper towels, toilet paper, bedding, towels, and a very nice coffee station. She also had a very nice welcome basket waiting for us on the counter and had beach chairs so we didn't have to rent any. The condo is decorated very nicely and has a beautiful view. The resort has many nice amenities and is right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this Vrbo and plan to return again in the future.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything was exactly as pictured. The owner was available for any questions we had about the area and provided recomendations for area restaurants. The condo had everything you needed for a perfect vacation and was way above our expectations! Even the furniture on the balcony was great to watch the dolphins in the mornings!

WOW! What a vacation! Everything went exactly according to plan. The host, the location and the condo itself were AWESOME! 5 stars for sure! Wish we could've stayed 2 weeks! First trip to Destin and we will remember it for life!
