Property was nice finding parking was okay but that’s to be expected in the PNW , I parked in the alley that leads into the property , I drive a suburban sized vehicle so I had to back up into it but apart from that the stay was excellent

Lovely, quiet, home away from home

5 day visit, for a concert at Lumen field, found this place close enough to state parks, beaches, and shopping but far enough to get away from the crowds. Lovely, clean, quiet place to stay.

Great place to stay

Ryan was great with communicating and the check in process smooth and easy. The property is clean, modern and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi connection too. Close to great coffee and Larsen’s Bakery. Love the area, would stay again. If you’re thinking about staying at this place, just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, comfy spot for 2!

A totally lovely loft-style apartment in a quiet neighborhood! Perfect for one or two adults, and possibly a little one with a pack and play but not more. My husband and I really enjoyed it! The design and decor are very modern and on-trend but still cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the keurig and pods. The full bathroom upstairs is spacious and really nice, and it was great also having the half bath with laundry downstairs. One thing to note is it’s very bright with natural light—lovely during the day, but if you want to sleep in or are accustomed to blackout curtains, bring an eye mask to sleep in. Additionally, we found some ants in the kitchen on our first morning, so we picked up some ant baits to set out and didn’t have any further issue. One other thing to note is no TV—which we enjoyed for the peaceful weekend, but if that is something you rely on, you’ll need a laptop or iPad to watch anything. WiFi worked great, parking was easy, and the keyless door code entry was nice! Overall no complaints and would gladly stay again for a romantic getaway!

It was a wonderful property and great location for us because my daughter lives in Ballard. Only thing I will mention is your cleaning people need to step it up. Dusty in areas and floors not so clean. Other than that is was great! Thank you!

Great stay! This location was perfect for a trip to Seattle. It was easy to get around to everywhere we wanted to go while in Seattle. It’s within walking distance to a few restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is extremely safe, and the host was responsive to all questions. The bungalow was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was immaculate. I wish I could take this property with me on all future trips across the world.
