Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have wonderful neighbors, so noise should be kept at a reasonable volume after 10pm and before 8am.
Smoking inside will result in a $200 charge, per day of your booking. There will be a $50 charge for an unauthorized late checkout.
For insurance reasons, all overnight guests must be on the booking.

Great place. We'll stay there again. The code for the door was sent to us before we got there. The room was just what we expected the pictures were spot on. The room was clean and there was salt and pepper, popcorn and other staple style things in the cupboards. The stand alone building was right on the dock. The sliding glass door opened right up to a 8 foot concrete dock. The boats were right there. We say a pod of four Dolphins about twice a day. There were mullet and sheephead fish in the water that was fun to watch. The birds were everywhere. The room is a studio apartment and is furnished with a queen size bed, a love seat and a easy chair. House cleaning and maintenance were great. We got whatever we asked for. not sure the room could have been better.

Great affordable place in the middle of the Johns Pass action

This place was a perfect location for going deep sea fishing at Johns Pass with a parking spot to not have to worry about that. Very peaceful setting with a patio right out back to the intercostal! Close to the mix and far enough away to enjoy the quiet!

Our cozy space is super comfortable for 2, a bit of a squeeze for more, but provides you with everything you need, in the very best location to enjoy your visit to this awesome destination!
In addition to our queen bed, there is a full size pull out couch. We will provide extra linens when bookings for more than 2 are made. This fun and casual 1940s beach apartment has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. The kitchen is small but well equipped for cooking, and the bed is super comfortable. We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town! If you have more than one vehicle, please message us before booking so we can ensure arrangements can be made.

What makes this property unique

The Boat House is a stand alone building about 5 feet from the canal! Located on the back of the property of a 10 unit apartment complex. The complex is small and has a very neat old Florida fishing village vibe to it. The back yard is shared as well as the docks. So go enjoy and mingle with the other people if you would like, or enjoy the privacy of your space in THE BEST LOCATION you can find!

We are willing to host guests with children, but when bringing a child you will need to request to book. We just want you to confirm that you understand there is unfenced access to the water. We want to ensure kids are closely watched and kept safe :)
