Welcome to Harmony’s Ocean Haven, your beach getaway! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by breathtaking ocean views that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and refreshing stay. The condo is decorated in soothing coastal blues and teals, bringing the calm and beauty of the sea right indoors.
The airy and cheerful living room offers a front-row seat to the ever-changing seascape. You'll find a convenient Murphy bed, an elegant dining area, and a comfortable couch and chair – perfect for sinking in after a day of sun and surf. Whether you're enjoying a movie on the 55” smart TV or debating whether to sneak in just one more beach day (spoiler: the answer is always yes!), this space invites you to unwind.
Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals—whether you're cooking a gourmet seafood feast or just mastering the art of vacation pancakes. And with the ocean just outside the window, even doing the dishes might feel a little more enjoyable.
The bedroom is the perfect place to rest after a day of sun and sand, with two comfortable queen beds, a 55” smart TV, and a dehumidifier to keep things cool and comfortable through the night.

You will find a few beach essentials in the bedroom closet – boogie boards, a cooler, a couple of beach chairs, and an umbrella. There is a selection of books, toys, and games in the living room cabinet for those rainy days.
The bathroom features an updated bathtub/shower combination with a dual handheld massage shower, a separate vanity area, and plenty of towels.
Step out onto your private sixth-floor balcony – the perfect perch to sip morning coffee, enjoy a romantic dinner, watch dolphins and surfers, or simply breathe in the sea mist. It’s a favorite spot for dreaming, relaxing, or even plotting your new life as a full-time beach bum.
Plentiful resort amenities include direct beach access, several pools and hot tubs, including a recently renovated rooftop pool. The poolside Surf Shack offers refreshments and snacks during the season, so you can grab a bite without missing a moment of relaxing in your lounge chair. There are soda and snack machines throughout the resort, plus a fitness room and a laundry facility. Enjoy the convenience of free onsite parking, located just steps away from your condo’s front door.
We’ve poured our hearts into creating this special retreat—a place where you can kick off your shoes, breathe in the ocean air, and pretend for a while that cell phones don’t exist. The following House Rules are in place to ensure the atmosphere of Harmony and Safety for all our guests:

By booking, guests agree to notify the host promptly upon arrival of any cleaning or maintenance concerns and allow a reasonable time for resolution. Every effort will be made to address the issue; however, refunds or rate adjustments will not be provided. The primary renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests are included in the reservation and adhere to the house rules. Instant Book reservations are subject to a 48-hour review.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have any uncertainty about your travel plans or are visiting during Atlantic hurricane season, as our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Refunds will not be provided for early departures or inclement weather, except in the case of a mandatory evacuation order for our area.
We appreciate your help in keeping our home clean and well-maintained. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt, evidence of smoking or vaping, missing or damaged items, or other violations. If using beach gear, please inspect it for damage before use; rinse off any sand and allow it to dry completely before returning it to the closet. Luggage carts are not permitted inside the unit, as space is limited, and they may cause damage to furniture or walls
Please dispose of trash promptly to help prevent pests, as our humid environment can attract them. Large trash containers are located near the garage elevator on each floor. Please keep the balcony door closed when the air conditioning is running to minimize humidity and condensation, which can damage the interior and furnishings.
The host is not responsible for resort-related issues, including but not limited to amenity closures, power outages, Wi-Fi speed, water shut-offs, repairs, inclement weather, or the behavior of other guests, as these matters are completely beyond our control. In the event of resort-wide issues, please check for announcements posted in the elevators and feel free to notify us so we can follow up with facility management on your behalf.
The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that may occur in the unit or on the premises. By booking this stay, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their visit.
The following City, Resort, and HOA rules are strictly enforced. Violations may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children and infants.
• Minimum age requirement for guests is 21.
• Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. No parties or large gatherings.
• Residents of Horry, Georgetown, and Marion counties are not permitted to book.
• This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, etc., are strictly prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, or in common areas. A $250 fine will be charged if smoking is suspected, and guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or remediation costs.
• Do not hang clothing, linens, or towels from balcony railings. Throwing anything from the balcony is strictly prohibited.
• The use of grills, barbecues, deep fryers, or any open-flame cooking equipment is prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and anywhere in the resort.
• Trash must not be left outside the front door or in hallways. Please use designated disposal areas.
• No fireworks.
• No pets.
• Mandatory pest control is conducted on the third Tuesday of every month. Guests must provide access to the condo for service to be completed.
• Parking: One vehicle is allowed per unit. Motorcycles are permitted, but trailers, scooters, rollerblades, golf carts, and skateboards are not allowed.
• Pool Use: Guests acknowledge that the use of any pool or pool amenities is at their own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all individuals in their party and must comply with posted pool rules. The host is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from pool and pool area use.
Other details to note: We provide pool/beach towels “on demand,” as most our guests prefer to bring their own. Pool/beach towels can be rented for $10 per towel for the duration of your stay, just let us know!

This condo is privately owned, so daily housekeeping is not provided. We supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and two sets of towels per guest. You can purchase additional supplies at several Dollar Stores and CVS locations nearby.
There are security cameras, installed throughout the resort and monitored by the resort HOA
Like any oceanfront property, our building is exposed to high humidity, tropical storms & hurricanes—conditions that can attract pests and critters. Our HOA stays on top of this with monthly broad-spectrum professional pest control, covering all units and common areas. When my unit was recently remodeled, I also took extra steps to pest-proof it for the comfort of my guests and family. While it’s highly unlikely you’ll encounter anything, if you do, just let me know, and I’ll have pest control retreat the area right away
