The house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and toilet paper and dish soap. All helpful for gathering with the family and preparing food while visiting around the center Island. The beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean!

Very organized, the drawers in the kitchen are even labeled. We easily found whatever we needed, from extra towels to salt. It is close-ish to the highway but still quiet and the street was quiet too, there was plenty of street parking as well. Overall a very comfy place to stay.

stay was very comfortable had good access to area. stay was 6 days and we had a couple of minor issues that Gil took care of ASAP. I would give it a 5 star but there a extreme bad oidor in fridge that made our food taste and smelll bad. i felt this odor was from the filter in the Icemaker.

Spring break history tour

The property was very clean. Check-in was easy. The owner was prompt to answer any questions. The location provided convenient access to shopping, dining, and the interstate. It is a little over 30 minutes to downtown Boston. We were able to walk the Freedom Trail, tour the USS Constitution, visit Salem and the Witch Museum, and ride to Kennebunkport, ME during our visit. The owner was even understanding when some dummy took the house key home with him and had to overnight it back.

Gil was the perfect host, with easy communications and prompt replies. Our family was invited to a wedding in North Andover, and finding this apartment was a lucky find for our family. We also rented the adjacent unit, so everyone could stay together. This apartment truly is a gem, with endless small thoughtful amenities scattered about the apartment that made our stay so comfortable. Three spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen with extra snacks, salt/pepper, coffee and a comfortable living room to relax in. Cozy space near the highway

The rental was cozy and the hosts were lovely, however the location was a bit unfortunate. The apartment is down the street from the expressway and I believe there is a train nearby. Therefore, there was lots of noise at night and when we tried to nap. This is also a first floor unit, and the floors are creaky. We heard almost every footstep from the unit above. Overall, the rental was nice enough.

Nice stay.

My family of 6 adults stayed at this property for two nights. It is close to an interstate, small airport, and train tracks. However, with the air conditioners running, I was not disturbed by noise from those things. In other seasons this may be a problem for a guest. One thing I would caution others about is that the hot water from the tap is not just hot, it is scalding! A regulator should be placed on the faucets or the water heater thermostat should be turned down by the owner. Kitchen had adequate utensils but was laid out in an odd fashion (i.e., sink, dishwasher, and trash on one side of the area and stove/refrigerator a good distance on the opposite side.
