This cottage was absolutely delightful! The location, the interior and exterior design, the beach, the ambiance…all were amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay! It’s the perfect cozy space for a few days on the Cape.

We loved our stay at this cottage. It's located in a beautiful area with very easy access to the beach. The property was spotless! The furnishings are well thought out for that perfect beach vibe with some nice extras like a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for the perfect escape to the Cape.

The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and neighbors are friendly. They had a little community shopping area with small local restaurants that you can walk to from the cottage. Also,the cottage was steps away from beach access. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I really enjoyed our short stay there. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cottage in a great location

I have stayed in this cottage 3 times, all just by myself, even though it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It's in Maushop Village, which is a premier location itself, and has fabulous furnishings. I was particularly enchanted by the sleeping porch, where I sat many afternoons, writing in my journal.

Perfectly cozy beach cottage, just the right size for two people, with a short walk to a private beach. (Love Maushop Village!) Very clean and well kept, and the check in/check out process was very simple.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and this place was absolutely perfect for us.. Beautiful home, just like the pictures and the grounds were straight out of a movie scene. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!

We loved this place! Scott was very kind and responsive. His place was exceptional and centrally located to what we wanted to do in the area. The cottage is warm, welcoming and just a quick walk from the beach. We will be back!

Cape Cod Community

The place was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with keeping the bedroom cool and had to run all the fans to get cool air to back room.

This is a nice unit closer to the beach in Maushop Village. This neighborhood is part of a large planned development, New Seabury, on the coast between Falmouth and Hyannis. Maushop Village has the only beach access in New Seabury. It is a quaint neighborhood of reproduction Nantucket style attached cottages. The beach is good but is experiencing an erosion problem. You can walk to the New Seabury marketplace which has two very good seafood restaurants. The unit is comfortable and in very good shape. Unfortunately, we had the worst arrival experience in a long history of using short term rentals. There was no key in the lockbox. I messaged the owner and got a fairly quick response (10 minutes?). He said he would send his agent over to the property. The agent arrived pretty quickly and gave us a key. Neither offered any regrets or a word of sympathy. The key issue was not the only problem. There was a substantial amount of sand on the floor inside the door and a popsicle stick was sitting in a puddle of melted popsicle on a side table in the living room. We used the vacuum cleaner which didn't seem to have been emptied in a long time. There were also someone's clothes left in the dryer.The dryer controls don't work and you have to use a pair of plyers to make your best effort at selecting a dryer setting. The dial on the washer seems like it is not long for the same result. FYI: as listing says, basic soap only -- bring your own bath toiletries.

Great cottage in Popponesset

The cottage is very cute and comfortable. We love the area so much. The beach is so close and the Popponesset Marketplace has great restaurants, live music and a general store . Hardly need a car. The cottage was clean and well equipped and the neighborhood adorable. Would go back again.
