Private Bungalow in Laid Back Beach Town..

Quiet, recently renovated house with large, fenced-in, private outdoor living space, two blocks from quaint Main Street of Gulfport, a unique, laid-back enclave of St. Petersburg with Key West vibes. The house is 150 yards from restaurants and coffee shops, a bay beachfront, fishing pier, volleyball courts and walking paths.

The town is also 5 miles from downtown St. Pete which is a larger hip city. It's also 5 miles from a strip of oceanfront beaches. (Gulfport's is in a bay)

The house has a big primary bedroom, smaller second room with a twin bed, a living room with a fullsize pullout that can be closed off with an accordion door, plus a renovated cabana that can be used as an office or studio.

There are two full baths plus an outdoor shower and sink.

The deck and landscaped outdoor space is as big as the indoor space with grill, outdoor shower, sink and sitting areas.

Great Gulfport

The property was exactly as described. We had a small problem with the cleanliness of the property but we took our concern to the owner and he was very open to hearing us out and fixing it. Nicest owner we have dealt with.
