About this property

Come experience the charm of New Orleans like a local at this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom house in Mid City. Perfectly located 1.5 miles from the French Quarter and Superdome, steps away from the streetcar that can access Downtown in one way and City Park and the Fairgrounds (1.2 miles) the other way. The home is near countless restaurants, museums, bars and the world famous French Quarter. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep 8 guest and is perfect for all travelers.

The home is newly renovated and decorated. The kitchen features an extra large refrigerator, gas stove, electric dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, and various accessories.

The backyard features outdoor furniture for relaxing in the morning while enjoying your coffee, tea or breakfast. The front porch offers a swing to take in the fun days activities.

In the living room is a 55" HD smart TV with a Roku for you to access your favorite apps. There is high speed internet (wifi) and a brand new washer/dryer in the backroom.

The bedrooms all feature high quality mattresses and hotel style luxury sheets. All bedrooms are equipped with 42" HD smart TVs with Rokus.

The bedrooms are equipped for the following sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed in the master bedroom "Prince" room, 1 queen bed in the "Nicholas Cage”room, and 2 full size beds in the "Peach” room.

Parking: There is street parking in front of the house.

Other Important Information:
Upon booking, we require a photo copy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card used to book.

Absolutely NO noise after 10pm outside, we do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind at the house. Please be respectful.

We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old to be able to book the property.

-1.5 BLOCKS to Endymion parade route. Easy access to the house in a car on Endymion day.

Family get away in the Big Easy!

First off, our hosts were amazing! Christo and Nick were very responsive and open to an early check-in; which was key because my parents were arriving several hours before me and I made the booking. Thanks!!! Once we arrived, the home felt very Nawlins! It has a unique design for each bedroom, nice little breakfast nook, and our hosts were kind enough to stock some snacks and water for our arrival (very nice with little kiddos). The mid-city location was very helpful to get to the City Park area, down to the French Quarter, and also easy freeway access for some short excursions. The house was very clean, with nice linens provided. Instructions for wifi and TV (we were here during the Final Four) were as easy as it gets. Would highly recommend this rental and these hosts!
