Perfect in every way

This was perfect for our family that was there to celebrate a family occasion. A million times better than a hotel. The location was awesome, the home was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

Exploring Tampa

In town for 4 days to look for a place to live a couple of years and wanted a place in the area we were exploring. The townhome was great! Clean, plenty of amenities and close to everything we needed on our trip for groceries to restaurants. Kim was excellent to deal with when needing anything. Very nice place and would come back.

The house met all our needs for our trip to Tampa. Close to airport and downtown (wedding venue). Nice neighborhood. The house is clean, the decor is modern and up to date. The master bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back again.

Modern and Lovely

Overall this property was perfectly lovely. It was all newly remodeled and decorated. Everything was upscale and eye candy! Pictures don’t do it justice. The weather was so nice we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio with our morning coffee! Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Run don’t walk to book this house!!

Hands down the cleanest and most spacious townhome! Safe neighborhood. Close to Raymond James and local restaurants. We went to the Kenny Chesney concert and stayed for the weekend. It felt like home away from home. Thank you Kim!! We will be back!

Great house and location

Plenty of parking for 2 large vehicles and not on the street! Publix is close by for a grocery haul. Beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked with necessities (hand soaps, cooking supplies, etc.). Washer and dryer worked great. Liked having a reg coffee maker and keurig option as well. Very clean home. We were in town for a conference and it was quick and easy to get an Uber for a short drive to the convention center. Plenty of scooters in the area as well which is a fun option!

Christmas in Tampa

My wife and I spent Christmas in Tampa visiting with our son and his family, who live very close to this property. The home was exceptionally clean, roomy, and well stocked with essential items. Although we ate in most evenings, the property is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and Publix. An added bonus for us was the JCC facility close by that we used for daily workouts. We also enjoyed walks through the local neighborhoods over to the Bay Shore area. Kim and Brian were the best hosts we have encountered in our 20+ years of vacation rental experience throughout the country. They were very responsive to our inquiries and promptly addressed any needs we had. We could not have been more pleased and are planning on returning next year!
