The open lanai at #205 has an elevated 180-degree view overlooking the heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico — the outdoor living space where most of the stay naturally happens. Nightly sunsets arrive directly in front of you. The kitchen was completely renovated with all-new cabinetry, countertops, dishwasher, and microwave — and it faces the Gulf. Cooking here with the water in front of you is one of the details guests mention first.

The in-unit washer and dryer and the covered parking space are both included — practical advantages for a week-long stay.

The unit is fully refurbished with new furniture throughout.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and faces the Gulf — a water-facing sleeping space. One and a half bathrooms, with a tub and shower combination. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

The ten-unit complex has a heated pool at the beachside. The beach stretches for miles in both directions. Just a few feet of sand separate the building from the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. Covered parking for one vehicle included.

Seaside Beach House #205 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. We enjoyed the layout of the condo. It was comfortable and functional. One the best parts is how close it is to the beach as it made it so easy to come and go throughout the beach days. Property is well maintained and stocked with dishes, pots, and such. Location was ideal as well. It was close to grocery store, shopping, and yet it didn't seem to busy. We loved the views of the beach and water from the deck. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience. We would stay again!

Nicely decorated, very clean and neat. Loved the colors, very comfortable. Loved the high top table and chairs on balcony. The beach was perfect so we saw no need to visit the pool.

Location was everything!

This place is right on the beach, the pool is shared with a very small community and for our family of 4 the condo was perfect! We loved being steps from the beach. Great spot on the island about a mile from anything you could want! Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

beautiful, comfortable well appointed condo.beautiful view.the management company gave us incorrect info to access the internet; we had to wait until Monday to call them (they are only available for emergencies on weekends) when they gave us the correct info and delivered beach chairs (there were none hen we arrived) plan to return next year

Great spot

The unit is just as advertised. A few steps to the beach and near restaurants and businesses but not in the middle of them. A couple of minor things- garbage disposal did not work and drain was slow running, and the info on the hospitality app needs updating( Wi-Fi info inaccurate ). The unit itself is very comfortable, master bed awesome, and balcony has a great view of the gulf. The rental company was wonderful. Overall this is a definite 5 star.

Nice ocean view from second story condo. Beautiful condo on the ocean. Not handicap accessible though. 28 narrow wooden steps up to this condo. A little tight getting suitcases up and down. Pool was not heated or cleaned while we were there.

Nice view, well stocked. Partially updated.

We enjoyed the view. The renovations that have been done are very nice. More renovations needed. Master bedroom bed uncomfortable. Very noisy outside every morning with garbage and recycling pickup but we assume unavoidable. Carpet is worn, master needs walls repairs and repainting. Popcorn ceilings a negative. Well stocked in kitchen. Pool area disappointing. We feel unit was overpriced.

Nice Condo

Condo was very nice. Very spacious. It was a little hard to keep cool but with high temps it wasn’t to surprising. The master bedroom was much hotter then the rest of the house. We bought a fan and set in it the doorway to help circulate the air and it helped a lot. Pool was great, beach was literally 30 steps from the condo. Condo was very clean and well stocked. There was some beach stuff which helped since we flew in. We had trouble with the door code upon arrival and the management property answered the phone on a Saturday night and got us keys. Nice condo and would stay there again!

First visit to AMI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my family’s first trip to AMI. We’ve been going to Sanibel for the last 12 years, but due to last years hurricane, we decided to try some place different. The unit was clean and well appointed. Access to beach was so easy. We rented chairs for the week. As the island is small, access to grocery restaurants, other beaches was easy. The only downside to the unit is the master bedroom could benefit from room darkening shades. Full on sunlight in that room. My husband and I were up by 6:15 every morning.

Great Stay

Our first impression walking up to the unit was a bit underwhelming. The stairs were narrow, steep, and very dark. I would not recommend this unit for elderly or those with troubled knees. It was ok for us though and after lugging our suitcases up, we never were bothered by the stairs for the rest of the week. The unit was nicely decorated, very clean, and nice and bright. It was the perfect size for my family of three (me, husband, 10 year old daughter). Most importantly, the view of the beach and the ocean was incredible. We really enjoyed that the unit had several games that we could play together in the evening. Easy access to the beach. Pool was lovely and felt so refreshing after a long day on the beach. The water was warm and the pool was clean. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our time in this condo.

First time on the island— great spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the small number of condos in the building and we loved our balcony facing the ocean. Great communication from property management before annd during our trip. Our unit and the grounds were very clean and well-kept. A little worn from use (carpets and wall edges) but overall comfy and very quiet! The pool was wonderful and private as well. Even had beach chairs and umbrella for us stored in the unit. Holmes beach is quieter than others, which we appreciated, even during spring break. We’d reco a golf cart —very convenient for getting to all the great restaurants and shops. The condo is right in between Pine Ave shopping and Bradenton Beach but without the noise and people. Beds were super comfy as was the other furniture. Our unit also had some games to play and books to borrow. The sunset views from the balcony every night were incredible! 5-stars just for those!

Nice condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice, could use some furniture upgrades and the carpet is a little worn. We had issues with air conditioning. It wasn’t pleasant. They brought fans and sent an hvac guy who had to come back the next day. We spent two days dealing with AC issues.The building/unit is not handicapped accessible. There is no elevator. I feel like the listing was not forward regarding accessibility. My mother had issues with the stairs and I did not enjoy lugging all our belongings up and down said stairs. We did thoroughly enjoy the beach and pool.

We'll be back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing week while staying in this condo. Perfect location right on the beach. Loved having the assigned parking spot and the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Loved the pool for evening swims. Great location on the island!! We are already planning our next trip and will most likely stay here again. Literally the only non positive thing we could say was the stairs are less then great to get to the upstairs unit, but totally worth it!!!!! The property management was also super helpful! I texted with an issue about the wifi and they were there with in an hour to fix it. They also were quick to communicate in answering questions. ***not noted in the listing but you can NOT have an electric golf cart at this location. There is no outdoor plug in location. Get a gas cart if you rent and stay here.

A Hidden Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for years. It is such a hidden paradise. White sand beaches, great weather, amazing restaurants and no high rises. This is the first time we have stayed at Seaside Beach House 205 and we WILL BE BACK! Great location with unforgettable sunset views. The unit has recently be remodeled. The attention to detail on the update is 5 star worthy. Comfortable beds, high quality sheets, towels, kitchen appliances and accessories. This is truly a 5 star oceanfront unit!

Summer Beach Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside Beach House provided us a great location at the beach. We had no problems and had a great time. Looking out onto the beach was perfect, pool was lovely after an afternoon at the beach. Only complaint would be that there is carpet almost completely throughout, although there was a vacuum provided.
