Good

The actual condo itself was nice but the check in process was difficult, staff working the hotel was extremely rude, and the fact they only allowed you to park 1 vehicle near the hotel although there was plenty of empty parking spots was extremely frustrating. I would not stay here again for these reasons.

Fantastic views
The view from the 5th floor is unbelievable.
Even though the condo is part of a huge 10 story building, it feels like a cozy cabin.

Hi, Jill, thank you for your review, We apologize for the last-minute cancellation of your reservation and for the inconvenience and frustration it caused your party. We make every effort to host our guests as booked, but there can be unforeseen circumstances. We have issued a full refund for your reservation and hope to host you in the future for a more enjoyable stay.
Not accommodating & don’t put their customers first. I was scheduled to go during the horrific hurricane that hit the NC mountains in September. A state of emergency was put in place. The entire town lost power & roads were washed away. Mud slides occurred. The contract states “If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Property, Renter shall comply with the order. Upon compliance, Renter will be entitled to a refund of the prorated rent for each night that Renter is unable to occupy the Property because of the order.” However this was not followed, I was not refunded.
