Booking for 2026! Golf cart, linens and dog-friendly!

Come stay a week at Shore Beats Work!

We are located in a private, gated community that has 24-hour security. You will have access to numerous outdoor amenities that include tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, outdoor pools, a newly renovated indoor pool, hot tub, and playground.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Linens come included for your stay. There is also a washer and dryer so you can do your laundry on site. We have a dedicated work area for those who work remotely.

A golf cart comes included to make your travel around the community that much easier. It can be taken to the private beach access. Oceanside Village guests can park golf carts and vehicles in this private access to the beautiful beach.

We are in close proximity to numerous restaurants, and a short drive away from Myrtle Beach activities to include the SkyWheel and Broadway at the Beach. The house is also under 25 minutes from Coastal Carolina University for those interested in catching a game (Go Chants!!!)

We allow up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or less each) for an added pet cleaning fee.

You must be at least 25 years old to book! We require owner approval prior to booking. We also require a refundable damage deposit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Relaxing beach stay

The stay was very nice and relaxing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also great to have use of the golf cart to get down to beach and around Oceanside Village. The host was very responsive and helped ensure we had a nice stay.

Family vacation 2024

Overall we had a great week. Communication with the host was excellent before and throughout our stay. Home was beautifully remodeled and decorated despite being an older home. Location to the beach was nice. Only megative was its proximity to the neighbors which made using the outdoor seating less than optimal. My only other suggestion would be to add a small canopy or cover to be able to use the outdoor area if sunny or slightly raining.snegative.

My husband and I both own Shore Beats Work. We are first responders in New York, and ultimately bought our house to both share with others, and to use for ourselves when we need time away.

Why they chose this property

We have put a lot of time and effort into our home. We have completed renovations on it in 2022 and will come down to check on it several times a year. We always have an open line of communication with our guests, and issues or concerns that come up, we address immediately. We also have quite a few repeat guests that stay with us.

What makes this property unique

We are in the center of it all. We are a short walk to the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the beach. Or, if walking is not an option, the golf cart is available!
We visit the house several times a year and always keep up with the maintenance and upkeep of the house as if this was the house we live in all the time.
