This charming beach house boasts three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each of which is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, television, large closet, and blackout curtains for you to sleep and relax as long as you like. The second features a queen-size bed and the third bedroom features a double bed. All rooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings in the form of closets.

Fire up the grill and cook outdoors while members of your group enjoy some yard games, including corn hole, bocce ball, football or soccer. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for some quality conversation and enjoy being under the starry skies in the company of your favorite people.

This home is ideally located only a short drive from some beautiful beaches and golf courses and close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and state parks with playgrounds. Explore the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and beachside restaurants and shops of Indian Rocks Beach as well.

Guests will have full access to the entire home. Free parking is available in the driveway.

The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be physically present during the reservation.

Our home offers keyless entry with a Smart Lock and Keypad. You can use the code we send you to unlock the door with a keypad (access will only be granted for the dates of the reservation and will expire upon checkout at 10:00 am).

Other Things to Note:
**Pets - Must be approved by the host. One pet per reservation. We charge a $50 pet fee per stay. Generally, dogs under 40 lbs are permissible.**

Very nice property!

Our family of five stayed here to extend our beach vacation a few days. It was a short drive to the local beaches and conveniently located to groceries and restaurants. Plenty of parking and a large yard space. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything operated appropriately throughout our stay. Check in / check out was very easy and the manager communicated everything in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend this property!

Loved this place

Our family of 6 wanted a place to stay that was near the beach and was large enough for everyone to spread out (vs a hotel). This place was perfect. There were 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, plus air mattresses for those who didn’t want to share a queen or king. The whole house has been updated with useful and modern furniture, and the kitchen is large enough for cooking with several people milling about. Overall the house and outside patio are all in beautiful shape, just like the pictures show online. Our hosts were super responsive along the way, even quickly ordering some items that were missing when we arrived. The house comes with several items that you’ll need/want for the beach - we used the beach chairs all week. The location was also amazing. We were a 5 min drive to Indian Rocks Beach, and went every day. The parking can get a little tricky down by the beach but we learned to go early to grab a spot. It’s only a 1 mile walk, and we did walk as a family on two occasions. The house is close enough for that to work. Overall, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We considered Clearwater, but after one visit there and seeing the congestion, I’d much rather be in Largo. These owners have done a wonderful job of creating a comfy spot for your beach vacation.
