Cute studio apartment. Loved the Covered patio, privacy of back corner room, tommy Bahama beach chairs, 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, Convenient parking and hospitality of George and Cathy. Perfect laid back option for my husband and I.
The property is a flag lot across from beachfront property . It can be bit of a challenge to find and parking is a bit tight . We stayed upstairs. There is no AC and can get warm during daylight hours but rather nice at night . There is a kitchenette and local grocery store where you can cook and save money
Overall you can’t beat it compared to the higher price of the high tourist area hotels and having to pay for parking as well. In our experience we would highly recommend this.

Fair at best
Very clean and neat, but so small that seating was on the bed, although there were two bar stools at a very small counter. The bathroom left much to be desired. There was zero view unless you like staring at the neighbors fence, and listening to his many dogs bark. If you tried to sit outside the mosquitoes were waiting. Owners were nice enough. Overall 5 out of 10

Wonderful first time stay!
Our stay at this residence was perfect for us! Perfect accommodations for active vacationers and the proximity to Shark's Cove and popular North Shore favorites was such a convenience. We will definitely book our next stay here again. Thanks Catherine!

Great location on North Shore
This studio had everything I needed for my stay. I knew there would not be AC before I arrived but was not prepared for it to be so muggy. My only issue was that the fan provided seemed to have bent blades and did not really cool off the room. But that is easily remedied with a new fan. I liked it alot! Owners/staff were friendly and helpful.

Second and the last
Even We had stayed in the flat 4 years before, we want to go to the same. We didn't remember that the flat doesn't have AC they only have 2 fans. Said that the flat is like 4 years before: good reader don't need more. The check in was early (Thanks for that) but check out wasn't at time is not possible checked out late they will warning you with fees. The situation of the flat is nice for early snorkel in shark cove in the morning then you can discover a lot of amazing beaches in the north shore (We love NS). In the evening you can spent your time with the bath of the sunlight in the sunsets beaches.
Actually if you need a room such as only place for moving around is perfect, but if you want stay inside more than only the night looking for other.

Central to the most beautiful snorkeling and beaches on the island
Had a great time here, clean quiet. Cooking facilities limited, very hot and while fans are provided it was still hot. The studio was quiet and comfortable good safe parking for our hire car.

Great location, clean and cute unit!
The only negative is the access getting in and out of the driveway. The neighbours park so close that your view is blocked from oncoming traffic which was incredibly dangerous... Other than that I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Location
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days after having been in Waikiki for a week. We loved the change of scenery and this location of the North Shore was definitely less touristy and more secluded. We were right across the street from a beautiful wide and quiet beach that we went to every day, and a short walk to Shark's Cove as well as a nearby grocery store and food trucks. The one thing we were not expecting was that this room did not have AC- we kept the windows open at night but it was still quite warm. The place could have been generally a little cleaner as well. But Cathy was very nice and we were able to use their bikes and snorkel gear which was a plus! Overall a nice place for the price and location.

Great location near the beach in a relaxed atmosphere
Sweet little studio with a small terrace and reasonable kitchen. Nice to have chairs/snorkeling gear available. We never saw Catherine but there was no need either. Could have been a little cleaner but not too bad.

Amazing location, clean, tidy rooms with all amenities.
Snorkels, fins, and boogie boards available for use. BBQ out back. Friendly and helpful man onsite.
Directions were tricky as it said first driveway after crosswalk sign. It's actually first drive after a flashing 25mph sign and the crosswalk is maybe 100yrds down the road. Pictures online didn't match our room but the room was still nice. Location was great.

Amazing Place
This place was perfect. The owners went above and beyond to help us out during our trip. It is 5 minutes walk from sharks cove and 15 minutes from Pipeline. We cooked fresh Ahi on the bbq, surfed, snorkeled, and enjoyed paradise. The Northshore is amazing and this is the perfect spot to basecamp your day. You don't really even need a car as they have bikes available for rent. I will definitely be back to stay here. We were the only tenants during our entire 4 night stay. Thank you, George! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you.
Thanks-
Cole and Lisa

Wonderful spot!
Owner met us when we arrived, and showed us where everything was in the suite, as well as extra things like boogie boards and the outdoor shower for coming back from the beach.
The house was amazing, the location was wonderful, and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, food trucks, etc.
We loved the laid-back pace of the North Shore, and after a couple of days couldn't help wishing we were staying there for the rest of our holiday too! We will definitely be back, and would absolutely recommend this location to others!!
Thanks so much for everything, and for making our trip so memorable!!

Clean rental in the perfect location
The perfect spot to visit the north shore of Oahu . The unit was clean and comfortable. It was right across the street from one of the best bike paths and beautiful snorkeling spots. Close to foodland, food trucks and a short bike ride to sunset beach . Enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch while listing to the sounds of nature .Would absolutely stay here again ❤️ Aloha

Great Value for Money
My husband and I spent a week at this property and it was perfect. Great location with the beach right across the road. The owners had everything there that we needed to make our holiday great. The studio is small but it was great for 2 people. I would definately recommend this property to all my friends.

Great spot
I've spent a lot of time on the North Shore and this place exceeded my expectations. The owners were kind and helpful without being nosey. The location is ideal and walking distance from surf and groceries. Everything was really clean and the bonus of having access to bikes and other beach gear was great! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Cannot beat the location
My sister and I just stayed here and this place was perfect! There are no restaurants in the No. Shore but this place is a 5 minute walk to the foodland, coffee shop and amazing food trucks. Also a 5 minute walk to snorkel in shark's cove and right across the street is a beautiful, quiet beach (1 min. walk). The manager has chairs, snorkel gear and bikes to borrow which we LOVED. In terms of accommodations, it's a small studio but totally worked for us. It was a little hot in there (no air) and I think they could give more towels (especially beach--there were only 2). Also, the owner was there 1 night--and it was really loud. Thankfully they were gone for the weekend otherwise I may have been annoyed by the noise above.

Way Better than Expected. Well Managed and maintained.
So clean and nice. Hard to tell from the pictures how new and comfortable this studio is. We were pleasantly surprised. The Managers are easy going and outline everything for you. If you expect a hotel with near lots of shops go to a hotel in honolulu, if you want a clean and nice private studio close to the Grocery store and coffee shop AND 100 yards from the beach come here. This will be our first choice for place to stay for all our future North Shore trips.
