Amazing Location. Perfect Set-up.

We had a great night and half here (had to leave late night on last night for a flight). The room is attached to their home, but it is done in a way to be very private. They had the place set up very nice. Not super fancy but clean and orderly. We drove to Foodland in 3 minutes to get some supplies. We hope to be back soon! Thanks again!!

We loved the location, set up of the unit and proximity to everything we needed.Respectful hosts!

  • 5 of 5

Mele was a friendly and respectful host who graciously allowed us an early check in to the property. The cottage was lovely and clean, had a very comfy bed and was very well equipped for cooking and relaxing. The bikes and beach gear were a welcome addition which we made lots of use from. The covered veranda was like having an extra room and we spent time out there, eating meals, having pre/after dinner drinks and listening to the waves crashing in!

Having our car was useful as the local Foodland grocery store was about a 10 minute drive and there were some great food trucks set up next door. Haleiwa Town was about a twenty minute drive and we explored all the eateries and galleries and also hired Stand Up Paddle boards from Uncle Bryan who is set up on the beach-a great thing to do early in the morning!

We really loved the bike path out the front of the property and also the lovely ocean beach, literally across the road. Great for watching the sun rise/set and also watching the surfers. The free Wifi allowed us to google things to do in the area and the information folder and books were an informative read. The goats and chooks were lovely to watch and listen to in the mornings and really gave you a sense of staying in very relaxed and peaceful location.

The laundry downstairs was very handy and allowed us to have everything washed and dried before leaving.

We would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here that's looking for clean and comfy accomodation which is in an area that's convenient to many things as well as been peaceful and relaxed!

A unique special small home with all you need to enjoy the North Shore

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay. The hosts Mel and Geoff had the place pristine clean and ready for us. This quaint property is in a great location and we could ride the provided bikes to Foodland, Shrimp trucks and the beautiful Waimea Bay. We felt like locals within a few days. Easy fit for a family of 4. The kitchen was great for quick meals. The verandah was large and perfect for eating a meal and watching the goats from there was entertaining. Thankyou for having us.

We wanted to stay close to Pipeline and we did. About 100 yard walk and there it was. The place was very clean and owners were very accommodating. Great little town and a grocery store less than a mile away. We had a great, relaxing - quiet stay. Thank you!
