Affordable studio apartment just far enough outside town to feel secluded, but not a long drive. Immaculately clean! And the hot tub is a huge plus.

Close to Asheville, and also several great hiking locations. Felt like staying in a cabin. Private, and conviently close to the highway with easy access to West Asheville, the Historic District, and the Universities. The little hot tub was in working order and perfect for two?

Cute little place to relax and get away

We really enjoyed our trip. The owner was super friendly and greeted us right away which I thought was nice. He made it really easy to get into the place and let us know we could contact him if we needed anything at all. The place was very clean and nice. We had an easy time relaxing and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Thanks Matthew!

Very cool host, had a great stay. Was very greeting and polite. Respected our privacy! Would definitely recommend. 15 minutes from town, far out enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to be convenient for trips to town.

Great getaway

The unit was clean and provided plenty of room for two people. It is close to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook in so we didn't have to spend much on going out to eat. The only drawbacks were that the bed was uncomfortable, and people were tromping overhead until around midnight.

Great spot, great host

Very nice studio apartment in a very rural setting. iIloved sitting on the patio with no noises except the ones nature provided. Very comfortable king bed, nice kitchen and comfy couches. Rough road to get to the place, but not a problem whatsoever. About 10 minutes to grocery store and some restaurants, etc. Matthew was very welcoming and friendly. All around a great experience. I will return. Thanks Matthew, it was great mey you!

Florida is home

Bed wasn't great but sufficient. Shower head far to low in bathroom. This could easily be raised using a different type of shower head. Requires you to significantly bend your head and torso over to wash your hair and at 5 ft 11 was far too short

Overall good experience

We thought the overall stay was a great experience. Everything went smoothly. But for constructive feedback I would say the place smelled like mold. We checked the air conditioning unit and you can see mold inside. Made the place musty. I would also recommend updating your cookware. The pans were old and deteriorated. They seemed unsafe to cook with. Everything else was fine.
