About Leslie Sayyar
My husband and I are retired and love to host friends and family. We are Warren Wilson College alumni, which is why we chose this lovely area to return to. I love to practice yoga and volunteer. We hike and love the beauty of the surrounding mountains!
Why Leslie Sayyar chose Asheville
We have always come back to Asheville after graduating from college here. We love the beauty of the mountains and the activities and restaurants of Asheville.
What makes this Studio unique
The beautiful mountains are all around us. Lovely in the fall and spring or anytime of the year. Lots of privacy. We feel as though we live in a forest but grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and fire department are not far away. Downtown Asheville is very close so options are limitless!!

Lovely cabin in a quiet location
We had such a great time celebrating our anniversary. Leslie was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed every minute and will be back. The cabin is quiet and perfect for two.
Comfy and clean cabin - well supplied - in a beautiful setting
There is everything you need for a home base to Asheville and Blue Ridge parkway and the many national forests. Super comfy bed and fluffy towels. Everything is fresh and clean. Next time we come we'll head to Black Mountain. I suggest arriving in daylight because of the winding road.
Thanks so very much for staying with us. It was so nice to meet you and your daughter. Please come back for another visit. There is so much more to see and do. Hope your trip home was smooth and hope to see you again.
The cabin was so clean after you left!!
Five stars isn't enough!
Very clean and comfortable in a tree house setting. The hosts were very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed, including breakfast before setting off! I can't wait to go back!
Thank you for your nice comments. We certainly enjoyed getting to know you and your wonderful family. Come back anytime. Loved having you as guests and thank you for leaving the cabin so nice.
Asheville Cabin for the Spartan Race
My husband and I stayed at this quaint cabin for the Spartan Race weekend. It was clean and comfortable. Leslie was an amazing host providing snacks, water, fruit, toiletry items as well as recommendations for local restaurants and events in the area. She was so sweet to accommodate a late checkout as well. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Asheville. I highly recommend it. Thanks for an awesome weekend.
Thank you for the kind words. And you left the cabin so clean!! Please come again and I hope you aren't limping around after your Spartan Race.
Perfect Asheville Getaway
This cabin really is lovely. The location is tranquil, with a nice view from the very comfortable balcony and plenty of peace and quiet. Leslie provides anything you might need, from fruit and breakfast bars to a comprehensive set of toiletries to creamer for a (provided) diverse selection of keurig coffee. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure, and it was nice to have a refrigerator and dishes (though the kitchen really isn't adequate for serious cooking, not that you need it with all the great restaurants in town). Everything was meticulously clean. Communication and check in were super easy, and more than anything, Leslie's hospitality and warm welcome really made our stay special. Extra touches like string lights on the screened-in balcony made it all the more inviting.
The property is about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. It was a fairly easy drive once we learned it, but it was a little daunting finding the place for the first time and I wouldn't have wanted to do it in the dark due to the steep and narrow (but in excellent condition) roads in the neighborhood. Wifi was provided and was reliable enough to look up anything you might need to plan your visit, but too slow for recreational use - this was fine for us, and cellular data/reception was good in any case. Stairs from the parking spot down to the cabin were well lit and not too strenuous, but I wouldn't recommend this rental for somebody who is mobility impaired or who travels with lots of heavy luggage. Aside from those small caveats, I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly and look forward to returning soon!
Thank you Sally. And we would love to see you come back! Fall is beautiful here.
Cozy, impeccably clean cabin with a great porch and fantastic hosts!
This cabin was everything we were looking for and more: close to Asheville, great screened in porch, comfy furniture, and super clean. Leslie and Adeeb's hospitality made our trip memorable. We so enjoyed getting to know them. I highly recommend booking this cabin!
Thanks for your kind words. Wish you were here to watch some soccer and enjoy a beer!!!
The Biltmore, Grove Park Inn, downtown Asheville, and Black Mountain are in close proximity. The River Arts District is conveniently located in downtown Asheville. The Blue Ridge Parkway is 5 minutes away and offers beautiful views, trails, and a lovely drive to Mt. Leconte, the highest peak east of the Mississippi.
