Super Clean New Home located in the Heart of Tempe, a few blocks from Arizona State University and Mill Avenue. Perfectly located to enjoy all the activities the bustling College Town has to offer. Whether you are a parent of a student, golfer, hiker, mountain biker or just want to enjoy the Arizona Winter this home offers you the cozy comforts, space and privacy needed for a relaxing desert getaway. Special Amenities include private pool, two claw foot bath tubs and a steam shower.
The space
Guests have access to our private Spanish style, three bedroom home and enclosed backyard with patio (overhead fans), BBQ (Granite counter w/Bar Seating), pool house with bathroom and salt water pool (no heater). Back yard has market lights and white lights wrapping balconies and tree. There are also shades above the pool so that there is always a lovely comfortable combination of shade and sun.
Guest access
Guests have access to our entire Home including enclosed, private back yard with Salt Water Pool (no heater). Home offers many high end amenities including steam shower, two claw foot bath tubs, chefs kitchen, and garage to store golf clubs, mountain bikes, etc. *Self Check-in

Tempe is a busy big little city. We are not far from all the activity, airport, train tracks, hospital which can create noise. Please be aware when booking we are in the heart of it all ❤️
