The Wander Inn One backs up to the adorable Blowing Rock Antiques store and Famous Toastery, making it the perfect spot for a day of shopping and delicious brunch with friends. This home does have an additional unit in the back, and it's possible that it may be occupied by other guests during your stay. If you are interested, there is the option to book the additional unit in the back of the home!

Clean, Close and Comfortable

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, very close to downtown blowing Rock and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Good location. Plenty of space in the house. Needs a very good cleaning (walls, under furniture, baseboards, couch cushions and comforters are all in bad shape). Repairs are needed to furniture, kitchen faucet, shower door, lamps and multiple cabinet handles. I wouldn’t recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to downtown. The home was clean and inviting and gave us plenty of room to comfortably be together yet have some space to chill.

Perfect Location

Had a wonderful weekend at this house. It has been updated beautifully with everything you need. It is a short walk to downtown Blowing Rock. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was I always prefer having a direct phone number to the rental agent and not having to use email. But the manager was very prompt with responses to all of my questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location walking distance to downtown

Location: We walked many times from the house to downtown even when it was cold and rainy. We used the gas fireplace and it worked great. House: The house was clean and spacious. Management responded promptly when we were missing bath and hand towels.

Prime location

The house is located in a Prime location right in the middle of town, close to all local bars and restaurants. The house is fully upgraded and has all the trappings of a modern house. The day we left the temperatures were below freezing, and we asked the owner to allow us to leave a little bit late as we were on motorcycles. The host was super cool about letting us stay, and make sure we were going to be safe. Amazing host and am amazing property.

Pros:Extremely walkable spot for Blowing Rock, easy drive to BooneLarge common space with plenty of seating for a family, multiple bedroomsRoku TVs in every roomCons:Cleaning crew seems to do the bare minimum and the house could use a deep cleaning (dust, spiderwebs, random debris, mildew in showers, etc)Walls are veeeeery thinBig furniture pieces are sturdy/functional, but the smaller things are pretty flimsyFireplace stopped working on first night and the attempted repair didn’t takeCould benefit from a handyman visit to address doors/cabinets that don’t close properly, fix some lights
