Well appointed house, two kitchens (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) made it very easy to accommodate differing sleep schedules. Loved the beach chairs and the outdoor shower

It's not downtown Charleston

Very nice property that has been well-maintained with everything necessary to enjoy Folly Beach (including the beach itself). Fenced in backyard with grill was a plus for our dog and for preparing meals. Management staff was very curteous and helpful.

Location, Location, Location!

This house is just a short walk to Folly Beach and located on a quiet, safe street. It is clean and comfortable. You don't feel like you have to walk on eggshells as if you were staying in someone's home. It feels like your home away from home. Great for two families traveling together as it has two complete separate living spaces on different floors. Dog friendly, too!

Great trip!

The location of the house in relation to Folly and things to do is excellent! We bought a few more beach chairs and had to bring our own beach towels - we wish there’d been a little more beach “equipment” for guests - but really overall not a single complaint. Great indoor and outdoor space, clean and comfortable bedrooms, private feeling property, very responsive hosts… this place checks all the boxes! I’d definitely use it again.

Great place for family

This was the perfect place for 4 siblings and our spouses. The two bedroom/one bath on each floor worked well up, as did the sitting rooms and kitchen on each floor. The only thing missing was a large dining table inside. While there is one on the upstairs deck, it was too cold to use it during our visit. Great ease of working with the rental company. Clean and a wonderful location.

cute, quirky house , great location , dissapointed that we were told we could continue our stay and suddenly were unable to due to another reservation , would have appreciated the communication that we were no longer able to rent for 3 more weeks . Appreciated the veteran discount and would have loved to have continued our stay . great house !

Thank you for your feedback, it is great to know you had a wonderful time and wanted to extend your stay. We offer several beautifully decorated excellently appointed homes with outstanding amenities for competitive prices, this creates high demand. We got an inquiry from you on the 6th asking if the home was available for additional dates. We confirmed that it was available to book, but then did not hear anything from you until the 12th. On the 11th another individual took advantage of the excellent non discounted rates. It is unfortunate that the home was booked while you were deciding. We would be happy to host you in any of our locations! Sincerely, Ryan, Renae, Brittany, Jen, and Kim.

Cute place. Great Location.

Everything was great. Having some basic supplies for the first mornings coffee is fairly common and we got in late so that was our only disappointment. It’s hard to get in late and then have to leave the house to go get coffee. The small issue we had with a TV remote was handled quickly by the management company.
