The property was cute, clean, and convenient to Acadia and Bar Harbor. One thing we really liked about the cottage is that it isn't overcrowded with furniture or decorations. It had everything it needed and, despite it being small, didn't feel too little. It was a beautiful, relaxing place to stay.

Very cute house and convenient walk to town with great coffee shops and a small market. Nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds, and curtains if you like a dark room at night. Would definitely stay again.

Prime location

This is the absolute cutest bungalow I have ever rented. I loved that it was on the quiet side of the island. I could go to Bar harbor and then escape the hoards of people and go back to my quiet bungalow. It was the perfect location. And Amy was amazing and helpful. It was the perfect adventure with the perfect location! Definitely will stay again.

Our house is advertised as an in town bungalow, with no mention of views, as it is residential. We price it moderately, and for people interested in homes within walking distance to shops and dining. I would recommend researching a home in a nature setting next time.

Acadia Vacation

We had a wonderful experience in Northeast Harbor and would definitely stay here again. The property was very clean and well cared for. It was easy to get to and a great location. It isn’t as busy as Bar Harbor, which we loved, but was also close enough to several shops and restaurants in the small town of Northeast Harbor. Our host was very helpful in providing restaurant and grocery recommendations. Our family of 5 was a bit of a tight squeeze now that my kids are bigger, but we made it work and it fit our price point. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

We had a great few days on Mount Desert Island! It was really hot while we were there, but the home came with great fans, and Amy went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had our own beds. The downtown was a little too far in the heat, but would have been a nice walk if it were a bit cooler. We did take advantage of the shade in the yard and enjoyed the patio furniture stored in the shed! The home had everything we needed.
