St. Thomas Square vacation rentals

My best friend and I happened to have time off that aligned for a quick drive to the beach. We booked at 10:30 pm on a Thursday and arrived Friday night. Checkin was very easy. Chad was super responsive when we called for the gate code, which was actually included in the welcome email— I just overlooked it. First level apartment that was within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Beach access points 22-24 were less than a 10 minute walk. Bars, go-karts, restaurants and amusement stuff was within a 15-20 minute walk. Loved having my morning coffee looking at the lagoon from the patio all kinds of wildlife! It was a minimal, affordable, lovely and enjoyable stay. 11/10 would stay again and again!

Everything was accurate as listed. Very comfortable and clean. Very good communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

This was such a great trip! Listing was just as promised. Very comfortable stay. Was a breeze getting checked in and settled in. Loved the pool area. What’s really great about this is the quality for the price compared to the huge condos in PCB. This unit was well above my expectations. We would definitely come again!

Right on the water with a dock, walking distance to the beach, and the perfect location to walk to numerous restaurants. This will be our go to place to stay in PCB from now on. It was very clean, beautifully appointed, well stocked, and quite roomy for a beach town condo. The management company was easy to reach and very responsive through text message. Check in and out were easy and convenient. We can't wait to come back.

Great property

I was a little skeptical going into the rental because the price was great and I was so nervous about the place. But we had the absolute best time. The location of the condo to everything was so close. The walk to the beach was short. I was a little worried but barely broke a sweat walking across. We were able to eat close by or even have a drink. Everyone we encountered was very nice. The condo had everything we needed. Bedrooms were great. There is no kitchen table. Which was fine for us but if we had traveled with more of our family we would have had little ones that probably would have really need to eat at the table. Only thing I will look for in the future is a washer and dryer. I did have to go to the laundry mat once but most other condos I have rented have always had it.

This property is great. Nice and clean. Peaceful and quiet with a great view to what I think is called the Lower Grand Lagoon. A no brainer if you want to bring your boat down. Nice beach access across the street with public parking. The communication with the owners was great. Will definitely be coming back. Delisa

Everything was as described on VRBO. Easy check in. Host was quick to respond to all of our questions. Had everything we needed. Public beach access was 5 min walk or quick drive across the road with limited parking. Lots of restaurants close by. Property was clean, nice pool and pier.
