It is a 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath ridge-top home on 40 private acres at roughly 9,300 feet, designed to feel like a private mountain resort with sweeping, wide open views and give you a true calming sense that you have the mountain to yourselves.

Afternoons unfold into private trail walks that begin right out the back door, dome games and laughter, and kids rotating between the playground and wide-open space to explore.
