You will need to pay Palmetto Dunes security directly for your gate pass, $35 per week per vehicle then proceed to the property. This property has keyless entry using a unique four digit code that will be explained in your entry instructions available three days prior to your arrival.

3424 is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is located direct oceanfront and has gorgeous direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and new pool from the balconies outside both bedrooms and the main living area.
When entering the villa, guests will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and spacious living/dining area. This bright and spacious villa has been newly painted throughout and has new furnishings including new mattresses on all three beds. The living room boasts a 55” flat screen smart television with digital cable. The kitchen with all new appliances offers a bar with 2 stools and also a dining table that seats 4 comfortably.
The master bedroom, located just off the living area, has a new king bed, and spacious updated bathroom with separate vanity and large walk-in shower. You also have access to the balcony that is shared with the living room from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom, to the right when entering the villa, has 2 new queen size beds with new mattresses, a nightstand and dresser, Smart TV, and a spacious private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom has its own private balcony with 2 chairs and a side table for taking in the ocean views and breezes.
Guests staying in the Villamare complex have complimentary access to the Fitness Center on site and all of the amenities the Palmetto Dunes Resort community has to offer. These include but aren't limited to world class tennis and pickleball facilities, two excellent golf courses, and beach facilities at the Dunes House.

OUTDOOR POOL: The pools and hot tub are open year round and the pools are heated March 15 -April 30 and October 15 - November 30th (dates are subject to change at Board’s discretion). During the closed season, the deck is still open for those who wish to use it. The kids’ pool is open April 1st-September 30th and the hot tub is open year-round.
INDOOR POOL & FITNESS CENTER:
The indoor pool and health club are open daily 8am-5pm and is for use by Villamare owners and their guests only. Guests must show proof of their stay at Villamare by presenting their vehicle pass or rental confirmation.
