The Bitchin' Beach house is a very colorful, vibrant beach bungalow! It took a lot of work and heart to create this amazing environment. If you are looking for a unique experience, where your vacation home is not just a bed for the night, you have come to the right place! This house is truly a vacation in itself. Decorated and owned by a professional Interior Designer/Decorator, this Caribbean-Inspired Getaway is unlike any other home. Filled with one-of-a-kind stained glass (including beautifully carved stained glass bedroom doors, dual masters - one we call the 'Captain's Room' featuring a queen bed, hanging chair hammock and a clawfoot bathtub perched on a pedestal and the other 'The Bamboo Room' has furniture taken straight from a villa in Mexico including a rocking chair and double bed handmade from bamboo.
Our 800 sq ft wraparound cobblestone porch overlooks our beautiful peaceful street and expands our bungalow into an outdoor environment, with its dining table for 12 made from 200 yr old barn wood. Close our outdoor curtains for even more privacy as you lounge on the hanging bed and take in the scent of the fresh flowers along the perimeter of the veranda. Ahhh...

We want our places to be about creating a lifestyle; everyone should be able to enjoy extraordinary environments, for themselves or with their favorite people. The Bitchin' Beach House was a rundown, cramped, depressing house and we turned it into a Caribbean-inspired getaway with room to entertain! We put our all into creating a place worth bringing people together, from the decorative pillows, right down to the studs. In simple terms, we are very driven and passionate about taking full advantage of the senses! We love to create beautiful inspiring environments, visually, musically, scent, taste, etc... everything can, and should be, made enjoyable. Why the Owner Chose Lantern Village, Dana Point, CA, USA:
It has almost 'seven miles of coastal bluffs and rolling hills along the Pacific Ocean with its charming beaches and wild surfs. Most noteworthy of these bluffs is a unique promontory known as the “Headlands”, which overlooks Dana Point Harbor, one of the most significant manmade alterations of the Orange County coastline.' (Quote taken from the City of Dana Point). For me personally, it was the fact that it has everything... it is within a mile of the greatest beaches in California, walking distance to the store and cute shops, it's a ten minute drive to Newport, Laguna and San Clemente. There are plenty of things to do no matter what your taste or mood. Great happy-hours, sunsets and relaxing days on the beach are endless. Who wouldn't want the quintessential Southern California Beach living experience?
